Ren Cen Marriott was very accommodating during my stay. They had some issues with the app for remote check-in, but were able to take care of everything at the desk very quickly. When I requested an additional blanket, they called and brought it to my room promptly. They also set up a late checkout so I could get some extra rest on my final night.

Nice property, big hotel connected to the GM building, clean rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Nice view of Canada and everything is in 10-15min walking distance.

The beds were uncomfortable, the room was not properly cleaned (there was a box of diapers on the window sill behind the curtains; stains on the bedding), there was excessive noise from the street, elevators, and other rooms. The location and views are great, but for the price, I believe more comfort can be provided
