The view!

I was expecting newer and nicer and it was just okay. The bathroom was tiny and out dated.

Terrible don’t stay here they are so incredibly understaffed which is understandable due to Covid but the price was too high for the lack of amenities. We stayed 3 nights and never had any housekeeping

First stay: room not properly made, needed to switch. No hot water. Second stay: No hot water after 8PM. Third stay: Toilet and bath not clean.

At check-in there was a very long slow line and only one staff to assist everyone. As much money as I paid for this "Marriott at the Renaissance," this should not have happened. It wasn't fair to the wonderful staff person who was doing the best that she could.

Beautiful interior. Great views of river and Canada on that side of the hotel. Wish they would have had a pool and that the Food Court would have been open on the weekend.

Overall my stay was great and the service exceeded my expectations! I picked this hotel for a business trip because my clients wedding was being held at this location. (I am a wedding photographer). The amenities offered were great and they had a small eatery where I was able to buy all meals at. The only reason I am not giving an exceptional rating is for the price. I expected the rooms to look more up to date. The view of the riverfront was nice (I stayed on the 31 floor) but the rooms look a little dated for the amount of money a night stay is - $300!

My stay was decent, but on my first night, the smell of marijuana began to permeate my room. I also was across from a loud ice maker, and my thermostat did not seem to control the temperature in the room at night. Otherwise, it was an average hotel.

They couldn't find my itinerary on Friday. Then i was told it was only for 2 nights. On Sunday i left to get something to eat and couldn't get back to my room because the hotel said my booking was for 2 nights and not 3. It was the worst weekend I've had in a long time.

Perfect but they just need to work on there bathrooms

Had a great experience at the Renaissance. Room had an an amazing view of the City.
