I really enjoyed myself, everything was great, the staff was nice. The hotel room was nice. All around good trip

Great rooms, spacious, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Detroit.

Well, after 11+ years of moving to SE Michigan, I finally can say that I have tried the casino hotels. MGM was a pleasant experience.

Very satisfied with the room and the overall experience

the mens spa staff were so so....almost rude and not as helpful as the rest of the excellent and gracious staff.... a "resort fee: is ridiculous ....and leaves the only bad taste from the visit. At least you should tell the guest BEFORE the booking,...

Valets were great. Bellman was nice. Front desk personnel on arrival was not friendly at first. She changed her demeanor when we returned to check-in. What I disliked the most was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the casino!!!!

Stayed at the MGM during which time I went to the Paul McCartney concert at Little Caesar's Arena. Just loved the location and my room with a great view! Your entire staff was wonderful from the moment I pulled up in my car to the moment I checked out. Thank you so much! Also, I had an early dinner at Tap before going to the show...my food was very good and service was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, the shower large and luxurious. The room was a 5 out of 5! The staff was friendly to a fault. Comparable to other big name 5 star hotels at which we've stayed. Being a hotel and casino, I expected better nightlife and late night food options. Besides the food court crappy food area, the restaurants shut down at 11:00pm on weeknights. After attending a concert, we were left hungry and without any options... very disappointing.

Food in the casino was expensive compared to vegas casinos

All MGM associates were professional and very helpful. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me.

I prepaid for 3 nights..... the lady over the front desk could not find my reservation with my last name... took a long time to figure it out. The rooms are quite small. Me, my wife, and my 2 year old daughter checked in the room but the room had only 2 towels. The commode was not clean. No refrigerator or microwave. Using any of these costs $20 per night while a microwave they give at $20/night can be bought with the same price. I stayed in many 4* and 5* hotels. But this is the first hotel I have seen without any coffee makers inside the room. We had a very bad time as we badly needed coffee in the morning. Had to go to the lobby to get some coffee every morning. The people handling the valet parking are quick and smart and must be appreciated. Yet the hotel is not worth staying unless you love the casino.

The room was gorgeous but if the lighting wasn't so dim you'd notice the stains in the carpet, on the bedding ( yellow stains on comforter), and collection of dirt behind sofa. There is general lobby area for hotel guests that is where you must get your coffee in the AM. No coffee makers in the room. Not a problem except 4 different times and various times of day and night there were no cups and hot chocolate powder was empty the one time we wanted it. Staff was great and friendly. Security was high. No one entered hotel lobby without sharing their key. Valet and Bellmen were quick. The casino was spacious and clean Packed tight and uncomfortable Saturday night but by Monday quiet I'd revisit

Very nice and clean rooms. Hotel staff were great. The casino area was too smoky For us. They need better ventilation systems.

Great hotel, great staff. There could have been more dining options in the hotel. The buffer was good though.

we were surprised by two things. First the staff at the front desk were not very friendly. Almost put off we were there. It was even more difficult to hear them as the entry area of the hotel is extremely loud with very poor acoustics. The secure hotel area was very welcome and besides the front desk the other staff were very helpful. Would not recommend the Tap restaurant. The quality of food was below average compared with the price.

This was my first trip to Detroit in a long time. This is a first class property with great amenities....a very good value. One doesn't need to venture out unless you want to.

The hotel was great. Staff was wonderful! Up beat & friendly from the Valet, door man, registration desk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Was great. Each time we stay there we are pleased.

Front desk staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. Upon departure,my flight arrangements were completed for me (boarding pass, luggage check, and seating). Rooms are clean with plush bedding. Huge shower for two people. Enjoyed the aromatic smell upon entering lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

I was treated as royalty for my stay, valet parking is included with your stay never had any problems, the staff was kind always open doors never seem as if they were upset. I enjoyed my stay there.
