Loved everything - location is perfect, hotel very nice- only negative is very small bathroom , hard to move around

Location was excellent. Room was warm and they were unable to fix the thermostat so that we xould xool the room

Great location, in walking distance to open space park and restaurants in downtown Traverse City. Plenty of parking!

Check in was efficient. Room was very nice and clean. Problem was there was no parking! Blowing snow and 20 degrees.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city that is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and breweries. Also has a very nice piano bar at the top of the hotel with great views of the city.

I was not able to use the tub since the diverted was broken. The shower head was so small I was not able to thoroughly rinse my hair.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasnt clean. Feces still in the toilet, dried urine on the seat. Hair in the shower. And one of the beds sheets were dirty. Called the front desk had someone come and clean it while we went out. Housekeeper agreed that the room hadnt been cleaned. And said she would take care of it. She was very friendly. However upon our return we noticed the shower still had hair, the sheets had not been changed and also did not refill the empty tissues in the bathroom nor the complimentary coffee and cup tray which had one opened cup on it. We then proceeded down to the restaurant were we stood for 15 minutes by the sign that said please wait for hostess to be seated. Nobody ever came and we watched as people just went and sat down. We finally went and sat down and waited another 30 minutes without one person of waitstaff helping us. We had 3 or 4 waitstaff walk by and look at us never said il be there in a few l, here is menus nothing. Just completely ignored us. We finally left and went somewhere else to eat. Hotel is beautiful but definitely not worth it for 350 a night with dirty rooms and no service.

Hotel rooms needs to be updated and front desk and housekeeping was not helpful in regards to leaving an item.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and a little tricky to move around in if the door was open. The shower was glitchy, but nice was it was working. I think the hotel is overpriced for the quality, but I'm sure that's the location and the season.

Room is comfortable, staff is pleasant. Great view and happy hour in the upper bar. Location is downtown and an easy walk to the waterfront.

My daughter and I Stayed for one night for a little get away. The hotel is perfectly located for wonderful shopping and dinning.

Wonderful stay, staff was excellent and professional. Comfortable bed and pillows and very clean.

Really disappointed in this hotel. We booked the hotel with two other couples who came in from Dallas, Texas & the other from Springfield, Illinois and so I was embarassed with the condition of this hotel - I am sure at one time it was a wonderful hotel but it was dated/worn out. Our walls in room had big scuff marks - There was a used dirty wash cloth on the shower rod. carpet through out hotel was stained and looked dirty especially in the elevator - will never stay there again. For the price, I will stay at the Hotel Indigo.

The staff was nice. The hotel seems old with old furnishings. We tried turning on some lights in our bedroom and the lamps were broken. Big wad of vaseline looking material on one of the chairs. Heavily stained chair in our room too. We'll pass the next time around. The toilet looked like it came from a barracks,

This hotel is very convenient to downtown (easy walking distance). As such, they charge a serious premium for the location especially during the summer season. There is ample parking which is free. The hotel itsrlf dates back to the 50's I believe. The lobby and common areas have a vintage feel and are ok but certainly not great. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms on the other hand are stuck in the 1980's. At least the one I had was. The decor, furniture, etc are all old. I also didn't care for the water stains on ceiling panels. The bathroom was beyond tiny with a modest attempt at a granite counter top. There was mold in the corners of the tub with peeling caulk and the refinished tub was peeling as well. If it weren't for the location, the room itself would be a $65 stay in a low end motel. Basically, they REALLY need to update this place.

The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are the downtown location and ample parking lot. The bathroom in the west wing of the hotel is so small one could sit on the toilet and wash your feet in the bathtub and your hands in the sink.I don't know what the east tower rooms are like, but the west wing needs a makeover ASAP. The room was spacious, but the beds were too soft and the TV too small. Not my cup of tea!
