My husband and I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The hotel upgraded our room to Presidential Suite. It is an old hotel, but they keep it clean. The carpet need to be updated. The staffs were really nice and professional. Carrie helped us with the check-in and informed us about the property throughly. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Definitely will go back for our next visit.

We did not have the best room. The TV did not work, would not even come on. The faucet in the tub spun around like a top, the sheet was pilled and extremely rough and the desk chair was completely shredded. Certainly not the standards I expected from the Park Place.

We've stayed here many times and have always been happy. Usually would provide five stars but this time four due to the following: pool was closed the entire time we were there (heater broken and we stayed 3 nights). Dogs were loud barking and whining in rooms, plus dog not on a leash came up to my son in the lobby and scared him. The service of the hotel staff is always great as well as the size of the hotel rooms and the cleanliness. Plus you cannot beat the location!
