The important stuff was covered. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet and staff was extremely friendly. The areas around the parking lot were not cared for (lots of tall weeds) and the spider webs covering the umbrella tables made them unusable. The beach chairs were cleaned and dried each day so we used those. Beach was very nice and sandy! Great visit overall for sure and we will stay here again!
The room was newly renovated and very nice however the door was old and still used an old school key. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.
The beach is the star of the show at the Beach Haus Resort. Its a beautiful 5 star beach with an older but updated motel, maybe a 2 star "Resort" If you want to stay on the water, highly recommend. If you are want to be indoors, keep looking.
The staff was incredible & friendly, property was recently renovated and rooms were sooo nice! View and grounds were breathtaking over the bay. We would highly recommend this and will be telling others about it!

The views were beautiful! My only issue, which was a lacking of Orbitz not the hotel, is it is smoke free hotel. You cannot smoke or vape on the balcony or beach. You have to go to the parking lot which is not convenient but understandable.

The large beach and the grass was really nice. We loved our view. But, we didnt like that our door led directly outside (not all rooms are in the hotel) and it was vert outdated overall.

We appreciate your feedback! As we're situated by the beach, we tend to have more spiders than hotels in other locations. But, fret not, we clean our outdoor furniture every day. And, we'll make sure to include the umbrella picnic tables in our daily cleaning routine too! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
