Brio Beach Inn is a sweet little roadside motel that has been updated to be tidy with fresh decor, and features a private beach with wonderful beach loungers, a deck with dining area, and a covered deck area with grills, seating and bistro lights for hanging out and enjoying the views. We completely enjoyed our beach time at the brio beach inn. They have laundry and ice on site as well as offer a very limited breakfast to guests free of charge. All this said, there are some things that could have been a little bit better. 1. The rooms are very very small and if you need a room with two beds, they only come offer full-sized beds, not queens. 2. The bathroom was micro-sized and did not seem very clean. It had the smell of urine in it upon arrival, and it did not ever go away. 3. They do not offer umbrellas for guest use on the beach, you have to bring your own. 4. There is absolutely nothing on the walls, lending a bit of sterile feel to the space. 5. They did not, and do not offer any cleaning service during your stay. We found this and the stinky bathroom the most frustrating at the rate of $279/night during high season. On the up-side - the rooms do feature a small fridge, a microwave, a keurig, a broom & dust pan, several hooks, and cubbies for storage. It was clear that whoever did the updates really thought through how to make a stay enjoyable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
