Fabulous stay! The hotel is in a great location near to downtown, and close to shopping and the waterfront. Our 2 queen bed suite was spacious for 2 adults and children. Hotel is newer, exceptionally clean and well-appointed. We definitely stay here again. Didn't miss Grand Traverse Resort where we usually stay.
The staff was completely accommodating as i arrived with a broken leg. They went beyond the call of duty and made our stay extremely satisfying!
My only issue with the property was the price. $379.00 a night seems outrageous. Everything else was very nice.
The updates that have been done are lovely. The hotel was mostly clean. The restaurant on site is excellent. Two issues— the bathroom floor and shower grout was gross. Someone chose white grout for the floor. Kind of like being in a subway. Second, there was no real blanket on the bed— just a very very thin blanket with sheets on either side. It felt like sleeping under a sheet only. I realized in the morning there was a blanket in the closet— but why no comforter on the bed?
Very nice hotel in a town with nice hotels. They were jam packed when there competitor were not. That says loads.
Great place to stay. Very clean new and modern rooms. Will def. stay again
Great stay good location clean and well staffed Well worth the cost.
We go on an Autumn Leaf Peeping Trip every year and discovered Cambria Suites last year. We chose Cambria Suites, because it is one of the best reasonably price hotels in the Grand Traverse area. Good location for visiting Sleeping Bear National Park and traveling up Michigan's upper West Coast. Very nice area of Traverse City. Cambria has nice clean, comfortable, modern decor rooms with comfortable beds, upscale baths, nice computer desk area (free wifi) and sitting room with on the wall TV. A swimming pool and a convenient Wolfgang Puck Restaurant downstairs round out the offering, making it a great stay for couples!
Outstanding accommodations - state-of-the-art; we had a buffet breakfast on-site which was well done with eggs as desired. Better than most hotels we stayed at - we definitely will stay again.
The room is really comfy and staff there are so nice to give you many travel tips.
Great hotel everything you needed in one location!! Highly recommend !!!
We stayed here 2 nights on Labor Day weekend and were very pleases with our trip. Rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable and having another tv in the living room area was a nice touch. Everything was very clean, I was impressed with how much attention to detail the cleaning staff took. The staff was awesome, and we took full advantage of the courtesy shuttle. The room cleaning personnel could have been a bit more friendly, sometimes it seemed like we were in the way when trying to get to our room. But the front desk and restaurant staff were top notch. We'll be back.
The room was spacious and the Bistro was fantastic. Great omelettes for breakfast.
