Average experience for high price

We chose this hotel for the access to a charger for our electric vehicle. One of the two chargers was not working, the other had a vehicle at it all evening into the next morning and no staff members at the front desk knew how to help. We ended up having to change travel plans due to the inconvenience. Everything else was very average for a hotel that was so expensive. Probably would not stay again.

The room was spacious and very accommodating catering for our requirements. Meals were available when needed and the choices good. Most of the hotel staff were extremely helpful when anything was asked of them. It was good to have a well stocked vending macine to hand.

The room was clean and the hotel was very well maintained. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but saw it had high ratings. Recommend making reservations there. The shuttle to downtown is a really nice touch!

The staff at The Cambria were helpful and friendly. While the hotel isn't very far from downtown, the shuttle service made it easy to go back and forth so we didn't have to be concerned about parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean but could use some minor updates.
