As advertised

One of the best stays we’ve had at Capri. From the handwritten welcome card to the local coffee and wine to make our stay more enjoyable. The owner was accommodating to our request of an additional night and responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place and Location!

Expected an enjoyable accomodation from the original posting, but this was beyond what was anticipated!. The complex is obviously "newer", and the host keeps this place in tip top condition! Felt right at home and the location is Awesome!

Comfortable stay, convenient location

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent stay. The location was convenient for walking to most restaurants and cocktail lounges. With clear instructions provided by the owner, it was easy to utilize the nearby parking garage. The unit was clean and thoughtfully furnished. Compared to other properties where we have stayed, the amenities provided were better than expected.

Great condo!

This was our second stay at Capri and this condo was definitely an upgrade from the unit we had last year. Great location, clean property, management communication was good and check-in & out process was easy. Only suggestion would be a bigger and more comfortable bed!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I had a PERFECT stay! The codo is beautifully decorated, pristinely clean, and in a fantastic location - close to downtown and the beach! The management company took great care of our questions! We will stay there again for sure!

Checked All The Boxes

Capri 313 has everything you need and probably more. Everything was fully stocked and super clean, and the whole place is perfectly decorated and well appointed. Way better than any resort and a better value too. Downtown shops and restaurants are only two blocks away - less than a 10 minute walk for sure. And if you're headed out for some sight seeing, the main routes are out of town also nearby. If this rental is available for your trip, don't let it get away.

Great Location; Clean and Quiet

A great place for couples that are looking to be centrally located to downtown TC. Very clean, quiet, and extremely well managed. Communication with the property manager was outstanding, and overall a perfect place at a great price. Don't pass up on this one!
