I reserved a refundable room and canceled by phone the following day. We noticed a credit card charge the day after the stay and called for clarification regarding the charge but they claimed there was no record of the telephonic cancellation and they refused to refund any portion of the reservation.

Found some pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. Sheet had stains on it.

It is right across from a Best Buy when I had to get card to take pictures at Interlochen music camp which was great. Great location on Airport road and US31. Easy drive to downtown and interochen. They have good food at breakfast and at night but you have to pay for it. $4 for 2 hard boiled eggs was a little expensive. Over a dollar for each chicken wing also a little expensive.

Only stayed in the hotel 1 night, but this will continue to be my goto. The rooms are clean the staff is awesome. Plus the bistro has good food

Not happy with the room, which was designed for handicapped guests. Nothing against that except the facilities wre not run of the house and uncomfortable. Not what I expected for $250 per night.

I was attending a wedding up in Traverse City and needed a nice place to stay to get ready. The hotel staff was friendly. The business center was well organized. This was an extremely clean hotel and in a really good location.

I made the reservation for my mother and she didn't have any problems checking-in. At other hotels, the desk clerk has made an issue when I make and pay for the reservation making it extremely difficult for her.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Traverse City was a last minute reservation because there were Red Wings and a soccer tournament as well as a convention session in town. Everything was sold out. It turned out to be a pleasant experience although located far from the convention site. Great hot tub, fair swimming pool and pleasant surroundings all contributed to an above- average stay, although I did feel the pricing was a little high simply because they were "the only game in town" with rooms for rent.

We were visiting our Grandson who is a student at Interlochen National Music School One exception in our stay is finding that the breakfast was not included in our fee. This is the first time in years that this is occurred. It was probably in the fine print, but not obvious. We will not stay there again

Check in and check out were seamless - no complaints. Since this was our first time at a Courtyard, we thought they provided free breakfast. No such luck. That was not a deal breaker. The free coffee was good. The room was clean and well-decorated.

We went for a weekend away and had a great time. The hotel is located right near the mall and other shopping/dining places. It is just a short drive to the downtown area which was nice. The hotel was under construction but our room was great. Our only drawback was that the bed was extremely firm and did not care for it.
