Decorated nicely for Christmas. Breakfast food could have been more fresh. Comfortable bed Could’ve had nicer pillows. This hotel over all was an amazing place to stay. Will definitely go again.

The only I didn't give a 5 star review was because the rooms were needing some upgrades. The shower ceiling had some rust on it. Hopefully some renovations get done soon so the hotel continues to get good reviews. This is the second time we have stayed here and will continue to stay when in Traverse City. The breakfast was great, hotel lobby very cozy, nice pool and hot tub, nice staff and very clean! And there is coffee and cookies in the lobby!

The only negative is when we pulked up, noticed yhe outside sidewalk and landcape needs sweeping/vacuuming and so dies yhe entrance hall. Gives a bad first impression.
