Alternatively, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants and other attractions like shopping, beaches, marina, festivals, outdoor trails, and other entertainment options. Go on a short drive to local wineries, golf excursions, and ski resorts.

At the end of the day, a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 4. There’s also a pack & play, and high chair for the little ones. Bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A washer and dryer is included in the unit for your convenience.

With its prime location and contemporary charm, this condo offers the ultimate urban retreat for your next getaway to experience all that the world-renowned Traverse City has to offer.

Other Things to Note: The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to ascend 3 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

I've stayed in TC many times. This was the best so far. Great location. Walkable to Front street. Has a designated parking spot which some places don't, especially if you have a truck or bigger vehicle. Stocked with everything you need, including umbrellas which we needed. Host was great with communication. There are few steps as it's an upper unit, great for those looking to get steps in. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The condo is conveniently located to downtown we were excited to be so close to our favorite places to eat Playa Bowls and Middlecoast. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A box of tissues would be helpful though. Parking is across state street, about a 1-2 min walk. Jeff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great stay!
