Could use some softer beds and hall carpet needing a good cleaning. Over not bad. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

Room was not as big as shown on Orbitz. Refrigerator was not clean. 3rd floor carpet was filthy. Did have a walk in shower

The pool was closed without notice. I had two disappointed children. The employee didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, just said “you booked on a third party vendor, so you can’t cancel”. Once we got into our room it smelled of smoke, there was dust nearly an inch thick on the vent fan in the bathroom. The pillows left something to be desired and the beds were not at all comfortable. The continental breakfast was poor. No hot food, juice machine was broke, and the cereal choices were skimpy, nothing child friendly.
Clean and updated room. In room coffee maker was missing a piece so couldn’t make coffee. But the coffee was available in breakfast area.

Its an ok place to stay but what made it uncomfortable is that It’s a non-smoking hotel but didn’t seem like it. The hallway and room smelled a lot like cigarette. The smell was very strong. The room needed a deep cleaning. Found hairs in shower and in bed sheets.
Very overpriced for the condition of the hotel. The room had a bad odor and the freezer defrosted leaving the carpet wet.
I have been staying at this property for many years. It is convenient for me due to the travel I experience in my job. This is the first time that I have had problems. First I was assigned a room that was occupied, then I was supplied keys to a room that would not open the door. When all of that was finally resolved, I found that the room did not have anything more than a top sheet on the bed. I searched the wardrobe and all the drawers, but no other cover was present. Considering the problems with staff earlier, I chose to just deal with it. Woke up a number of times during the night because I was cold.
Staff(Maureen) was very helpful with reservations. There was no soap available, no blow dryers and no extra blankets (beds only had two sheets on them. I realize a lot of changes because of covid. Would have been nice to know up front so we could have been better prepared.
First room was used and never treated... Second room didn't have a leg on one corner of the bed and when I sat on it, I went launching into the wall. It was actually pretty funny but still, sort of odd that both room s they provided were problematic.
The breakfast was not very good. They need to have a better variety. There was no eggs, no meat, and no hot oatmeal. Also there was a limited amount of fruit.
There was no hot water during our stay. Children running up and down the halls pounding on doors and staff did not bother to address it.
A guest in front of me wanted an e-mail address for the property, but no literature at the front desk had the information. The clerk on duty did not have the information and was not able to contact anyone that might know the e-mail address.
