The room was smelly when we checked in , said something to front desk and they went in the room and sprayed something. The bathroom door was falling apart and the shower head wasn’t even attached to the wall just hanging there. There was also some sort of stain on the carpet at the foot of the bed… don’t know, didn’t explore that. Breakfast was on the lazy side and not much of “something for everybody” thing. Not pleased. Not to mention CHECK IN IS AT 4 pm!!!!! Umm excuse me ???!!! No. No thanks. WILL NOT BE BACK. Not this location!

The room had the air on when we went in and it was only 55° outside so it was freezing. There was some sort of sticky goop on the top of our nightstand. The website said pet friendly but then when we got there there was a $25 fee. The gentleman said we can put pet friendly and we can charge whatever we want when you get here. So after you drive 100 mi you're paying whatever fee they want to charge. Plus there is a sign on their paperwork that says only pet friendly to dogs. No cats allowed. The gentleman was rude about it and to top it off then he made me prove my dog was a service dog and what he could do for me. Although I walked in with oxygen strapped to my face. Nowhere on the site did it say must be a service animal? Bring proof it's a service animal and then we saw a teeny tiny teacup poodle which I am sure was not a service dog in any way. I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend them again. The person working the night shift should be fired as he was rude and disrespectful.

The experience was average. Had to many people located in the same area, they could of spread us out so we did'nt have to hear them constantly open and close there doors.The room was not the cleanest, there was a toe nail in the hot tub, food under the base of the bed. The curtains ripped, the bathtub was disgusting. At the end there was no staff to assist with checking us out, had to leave our door key in a bowl. Overall would not recommend, will not stay here next time we visit.

Room wasn't ready on time upon check in. Yet, I witnessed multiple guests come in after us and get checked in. We were also told for an additional $20 fee they could get it ready for us... What???? The day we checked out, my husband started taking items to the car and had to walk all the way around to come back in because the key card was not working. It was deactivated. We checked mine and it wasn't working either. When we checked out I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she seemed very irritated that I interrupted her watching her phone. When I mentioned that it was frustrating that they deactivated our keys before check out, she made a face and said they did not. Both keys did not work. She shrugged her shoulders and just stared at me. She was irritated that I had a complaint and keeping her from her phone. Had I been helping my husband load our vehicle, we'd have been locked out. This didnt even phase her. In the end, I was more mad at her attitude than the keys not working. She was rude. Based on our check in and check out experiences, I'd never recommended this hotel. Not to mention the room itself was not on the best upkeep, primarilythe bathtub. Bad experience all around.
