Had a refrigerator and a small kitchen that was very nice. The room was set to 78 when we arrived but cooled down. Sofa bed was perfect for kids.

Definitely NOT exceptional

I can't believe all the "exceptional" ratings. I thought this was average at best - creaky/loud floors, loud fans, vinyl curtains, absent staff and to top it all off there was no water 8am to 6pm on the 16th. I spent the night, but couldn't shower or flush the toilet after 8am? For $200+. No thanks. Will not be returning. There should have been some compensation or a discount offered for the inconvenience.

The room it self was ok. I only have a couple complaints is the pillows had stains on them and we had to get new ones sent up to the room. The major thing that made it really hard to enjoy our stay is that you can hear everyone walking around, especially the guests in the room above you. It was a very loud hotel and very hard to get a goodnights sleep.
