Good afternoon. For the price, I did not expect anything luxurious, and I understand that. The front desk staff was friendly and empathetic, which I truly appreciated. The gym is fine and serves its purpose. However, I did not see a computer room, or I am not sure if it is limited only to the business area, as I was not specifically expecting one. The laundry area has only one washer and one dryer, which is limited but acceptable. I booked a room with a jacuzzi, and that experience was mixed. I was surprised that the refrigerator did not include even a complimentary bottle of water. In addition, the vending machines only accept cash, which forced me to order food through DoorDash. When I turned on the jacuzzi for the first time, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and I noticed something floating in the water. Fortunately, the smell went away after a short time, which I assume was caused by stagnant water in the pipes. Still, it left me with an uncomfortable feeling about using the jacuzzi. The exhaust fan in the jacuzzi area had a noticeable amount of dust. On the positive side, the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the televisions are outdated and do not support streaming services such as Netflix. Fortunately, I brought my PS5 and was able to watch movies that way. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and well prepared, and I always appreciate having good hot coffee in the morning.
