They didn’t charge the sheets and the pillows and they didn’t clean the room at all when we arrived at the hotel

Very disappointing. This hotel is very rundown and nothing like the photos. Overgrown weeds in the parking lot and people loitering in front of the parking lot.

Booked a room with a kitchenette area bt it did not have one and stayed there a whole week and they did not change our bed sheets one time.Only gave us towels when needed.

My second stay in the same week and a better room this time.

The property was fine, the beds were comfortable and clean. However, the room smelled musty, like there was mold in the air conditioner that needs to be cleaned. The quality of the food at breakfast leaves much to be desired. Overall, things were fine, but just OK. I just didn’t really seem so clean. Didn’t smell clean.

Nice clean hotel room

If you need a place to sleep this place is fine. However, there was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling above the very outdated shower. This hotel is still using Covid 19 as and excuse to not serve a traditional hotel breakfast or service their vending machines at least on the third floor. Even the juices provided in the breakfast area were watered down. Can provide pictures of the mold if requested.

Very convenient to GRR Airport, convenient for travelers; building a little run down, pillows to soft and squishy, a little difficult to properly regulate the room temperature, either a little too cool or a little too warm.

Nothing at all very dirty and lots of other things have pis not good and try now for days to get some kind of refund

We liked the location, there were plenty of dinning options, and although it was close to the main road it was still nice and quiet.

Terrible condition of the hotel: an old mobile home parked in the hotel’s parking lot seem to be that somebody lived there and the weed smell was so strong, as soon as you walk in you find a semi dark lobby with floor full of dirt and mud, rugs super stained with mud like people use the to Clean their shoes, the carpet in the stairs the same story, the room smelled like the carpet was never cleaned, the pipes in the shower make all kinds of noises, no hot water and the towels super old and stained. I booked two nights but had to leave early morning after the first night, couldn’t stand it.

Needs to be updated. I did not like the smell or the condition of the hot tub.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
