The girl that checked me in seemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, slurred words and did not speak up. If she was new then she should have properly been trained. The room my son and I checked into had not been cleaned and her parking instructions were vague. After coming down from the dirty room a different girl who was blonde was very helpful and gave a new room. Unfortunately I could not block the lights from the parking garage and hardly slept that night so we checked out at 5am. Looked like roller shades very high out of reach and didn’t see a switch for them. Also ended up with a parking ticket out front of the place after 3 employees said I could park there overnight after paying the meter. I will not choose this hotel again.

I stayed for 2 nights. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a wonderful breakfast spot, coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant on the same block. Thankfully, the staff let me know that the master switches when you first enter allow you to run all the lights in the room. The walk-in shower entry could be tricky for someone with mobility issues so caution if that’s your situation. Highly Recommend!

The room was noce, and mostly clean. But in an effort to be "eco-friendly", it was uncomfortably cold in the room, with no way of changing the temperature in the room. I even went to ask the front desk, and was told that there nothing they could do because of how the system worked. The temp was set at 64.5 degrees F, and the highest it got was 65 degrees. It was super cold outside, so to walk in and not have it be much warmer was not super great. The front desk did offer extra blankets, but that was it.
