Overall great experience. Would be nice if they had Netflix.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Small rooms but very clean

They should tell you that cell phones DO NOT WORK if you are in your room. Also, my room was 2008 and when the lights are on in the ballroom, the light shines right into my room. There are no window covers! Kept me awake until 1:00 a.m.

Stayed one night for a business trip. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was in great condition when I got there and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

I stay in a lot of hotels but I've never been annoyed by a hotel. I get the modern, minimalist aesthetic, but this hotel is just bad. The bed was comfortable, but it isn't an enjoyable place to be awake.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all. Right in the middle of many ArtPrize exhibits. Parking was reasonably priced compared to other high end hotels downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Free fruit, water, and homemade fruit/nut bars. Modern furnishings with exposed brick. A pool would have been nice as it was in the 90s but can't fault them for that. There was live music on Thursdays in the lounge. Happy hour was great in the lounge as well. Would stay again.

The hotel was great, the staff were above friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable.

Wonderful stay, clean, comfy and very clean. Staff was terrific too.

The room was not CLEAN...there was dust on the baseboards below the thermostat where they had drilled into drywall. The shower floor had obvious foot prints. And there was dirt/dead dried insects below foot of bed... The sound from other rooms and the adjoin room came right in as though people were right there with us. The person in the adjoining room was wrapping gifts or something and it sounded like she was RIGHT there in our room. Standing next to the door between rooms I could hear every sound...as if the door was open. When checking out, they never asked how our stay was...so, I can only assume they don't ask that because they know the answer...

Our room did not have a window, I wasn't expecting this and found it odd. The room was 75 degrees which was way too warm for us. We told the front desk and they said, "yeah we will have someone look at it, but it probably won't get much cooler". What? Why? It dropped to 73, still too warm. The head of the bed tipped back so it was very uncomfortable. Our room was close to the elevator, and in our industrial room, this was noisy. We could hear the guests upstairs showering - not just the sounds of running water, we could hear what he was doing in the shower. We were not told to bring our ticket from the parking ramp before we got to the hotel and then they can only validate the physical ticket. The location of the hotel was fantastic, but at $240 per night, I'll stay somewhere else next time.
