The check in staff and breakfast staff was friendly. The room was clean. Hotel guests do not adhere to the 10pm-6am noise curfew. Hotel cleaning staff started vacuuming rooms at 7am while we were sleeping. Breakfast quality was that of a hotel complimentary breakfast, and cost just as much as if you would go to a regular restaurant. Area was sketchy, people sitting in the parking lot. I wouldn’t return if traveling alone.

Great area with mall and food options nearby. Clean and quiet with a restaurant on property. Usually a late lunch or evening spot for solid basics items. Recommend the burger and fries. Airport shuttle runs every twenty minutes. Staff is very nice.

I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was ok at best. The carpet throughout the hotel was dingy. Especially in our room. :( We had placed a do not disturb on the door and had housekeeping wake us up at 8:30 to clean our room. Needless to say I was not impressed. :( I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it.

Disappointed could not get a portable fan for room….they were all in use

The bath door latch was falling apart, the phone cord kept falling out of the handset bc the plastic connector was broken, desk clerks didn't make a reservation they said they would make for the airport shuttle, unwillingness to extend checkout time. Staff seemed like they could care less about the phone cord. Just barely doing their jobs. Shuttle drivers were great though!

It’s a nice place to stay! Everything was very clean which I loved it! However, the room’s floor carpet was old but cleaned that’s why I have 4 star on cleanness! Hallway carpet was okay. Would have appreciated if the carpet wasn’t old. But thanks god everything else was very neat and clean and I would definitely stay at that place again as long as they have everything nice and clean. 😊

My daughter just moved to Grand Rapids. I was sceptical about the whole covid 19. This hotel was great with the procedures they put in place. Room was clean, elevator was cleaned every hour, hand sanitizer every where. I will be staying here again on my next visit. It is close to everything shops and restaurants Very convenient. Staff was friendly.

I think that overall they did a good job. The employees were helpful.

My room was not that clean. Little crumbs on the carpet, someone's toe or finger nail in the bed, mildew in the shower.

It’s a nice place to stay! Everything was very clean which I loved it! However, the room’s floor carpet was old but cleaned that’s why I have 4 star on cleanness! Hallway carpet was okay. Would have appreciated if the carpet wasn’t old. But thanks god everything else was very neat and clean and I would definitely stay at that place again as long as they have everything nice and clean. 😊
