We were greeted when we entered the lobby by Ben. He was very accommodating and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable- we had plenty of towels and amenities. Next time we are in this area we will stay here again.

We chose this hotel because we wanted a suite to relax in since we were here for a funeral. I requested a room with 2 beds for my daughter and myself. We got 1 king bed which was comfortable, but each of us having our own bed would have been better. The toilet seat was stained and needs replaced. It was clean, because I cleaned it myself before we used it. Our room had 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. I did not get the receipt delivered under the door the morning we checked out. The breakfast was alright and my seat from the breakfast area, I could see fingerprints and smudges on the front door of the hotel, which I had noticed when we arrived at the hotel the day before.

Fair Price, comfortable & clean beds. situated in a great location,for first time Michigan visitors like myself, awesome room, staff were also very helpful! plus you get a free breakfast! Purposely looked for a Staybridge hotel chain, always great service!

We stayed as a family of 4 and as we had only just arrived from Australia we were extremely tired the next day and had to up out of bed for breakfast. As it was our first time in America, instructions for breakfast would have been nice. Room was great. Comfortable beds and nice amenities. Great for a longer stay.

My husband, almost 4 year old, and I stayed here for one night on March 24th. We chose this hotel because it was close to Sky Zone which we were heading to first thing in the morning. The room was nice, having a door on the bedroom would have been helpful had my child wanted to go to sleep, and refrigerator and microwave a bonus. We arrived around 7 pm. Check-in was quick and easy. I noticed a couple guests hanging around the desk and one awkwardly tried to befriend my son by asking him if he wanted to meet his dog. We love dogs but had left ours at the pet sitter so this sent our child into a fit because he couldn't bring his dog. Sleeping was a bit rough for me as the bed was extremely soft and the pillows were too. I like a softer bed but this was a little too soft. Also, my child was up and ready for breakfast at 6:00 but we had to wait until 7:30 for it to open. The breakfast area was well appointed for a complimentary breakfast. All in all a great one night stop. We would not stay a weekend because we like a hotel with a pool.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for about two months because of a house fire. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. There were several things that I liked about the hotel: 1) the desk staff were wonderful, pleasant, kind, and helpful, 2) the beds were comfortable, 3) pets are allowed, 4) breakfast is served every day, 5) dinner is served three nights each week, 6) it was really quiet, and 7) it has a snack shop with reasonably price items, 8) I was able to print documents for free, and 9) there are storage closets available for guests who have lots of items like I did (these are separate from your room and are really great for people staying for an extended period of time). The things that I didn't like were: 1) there was a pet pee spot on the floor and I ended up renting a steam cleaner to clean it myself because I was staying for a long time, 2) a few times when I planned to have dinner at the hotel, they ran out of food before I got there, so I ended up having to go out after I thought I could relax and was in for the night, 3) the maids could not speak English, so I ended up having to use Google Translate to speak with them about things, 4) the ice maker in the fridge didn't work and it was never fixed after we requested that it be fixed, 5) the free laundry was nice, but the dryers took FOREVER, 6) there were water problems in the hallway on a few occasions, 6) the computers that were available had terrible security and on multiple occasions, they opened other guests' Gmail accounts! Be super careful to logout of everything AND clear your own history and documents out of the computers. I reported this problem, but it wasn't fixed as of just before Thanksgiving 2016 when I checked out.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites due to an unfortunate personal life event. The staff was so wonderful and really went above and beyond during our moment of need. A big shout out to Carolyn and Luis. They really are special people and made our stay everything we could have asked for and more. God bless the Staybridge Suites!

This is a great hotel. Cleaner than clean, employees are warm and friendly, dinners in the evening, a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean, well appointed, great beds and linens that made for a great night's sleep. All in all the perfect stay.

Stayed for 3 nights, arriving on a Thursday. At night, when I crawled into bed, I noticed a horrible perfume odor and hoped that it wasn't the sheets. It turned out to be one pillow case, likely from the previous guest! Disgusted, I was glad I at least had my own pillow. The next morning, not wanting to get the housekeeper in trouble, I wrote her a note asking for all the sheets to be changed. Returned at 1:30 to no room service yet. Then I noticed a sign saying if want light service over the weekend that it needs to be ordered by 5 PM Friday. So, I called the front desk and asked for that and to have all the sheets changed since the pillow wasn't changed from the previous guest. She told me that the pillow cases would be changed. I insisted all the sheets be changed. Within minutes the housekeeper arrived, knowing nothing about the sheet issue. She smelled the pillow case and offered to only change that case. I insisted on all the sheets, but she said she needed permission first. I went to the front desk to complain and then saw the housekeeper looking for the housekeeping manager. To appease me, it seemed, the front desk woman told the girl that she spoke to the manager a minute ago and to change the sheets. The girl kept staring at her like she didn't believe it. So, I got the impression that the sheets were not going to be changed. We returned again to the room about 4 PM. The sheets were wrinkly and it looked like there was a water stain or something on the sheet, so we didn't think they were changed. Called the front desk again, a nice understanding man answered and said they would be changed quickly. I did have to call again as it didn't happen within a half hour. The next day, the light housekeeping didn't happen either. On the positive side, the one bedroom was a nice upgrade for being a Spire Elite member and the hotel decor is very pretty. The location is close to the airport without hearing airplanes and the breakfast had more than the norm. They provided fresh grapes, pineapple, hard boiled eggs, and non instant oatmeal, but was missing real cream for the coffee. I wrote a review almost a week ago on the IHG site, but, unfortunately, they didn't post it, so I put it here. I would recommend this property if they could assure us that the sheets would be clean.

I enjoyed staying here. The free dinners were a nice touch, and the social hour in the lobby was welcoming. It felt like I was living in an apartment for the week, which was better than being stuck in a regular hotel room. I was able to cook dinner for myself one of the nights, and wash the dishes the dishwasher while laying on the couch and watching TV. The fitness center is small, but has everything you need to stay in top of your workouts while on the road. I will definitely stay here again. It's close to everything, and very much like a home away from home
