Check-in took a long time. But the agent upgraded us and was very nice. Everything else was good.

Clean! Great view of the city. Close to the downtown nightlife.

Walked in to an occupied room ! Had to go back down stairs and get another room

Parking was expensive. Otherwise, would recommend.

Be aware saunas are not unisex and are located in each pool bathroom, men’s & women’s. Nice pool and hot tub area, but call the hotel before you book to make sure there is not a kids birthday party or dance convention or something. There were 40 screaming kids in the pool, inattentive parents lounging around on their phones, and the hot tub was overrun with teenagers. And there were no pool towels to be had. Plan B was to recreate a hot tub in the room bathtub, lol.

It accommodated my needs and I was able to enjoy the space

Nice view good rooms lot of things to do. Will be back. Nice and clean and. Goos hospitality

Like the location and access to the people mover. Dont like the construction.

Room size was very nice and the pool and workout room were easy access and very nice and well kept. We were conveniently close to the elevator but this turned out to be a bit noisy for sleeping. Only real complaint was the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, ugh!

Access to restaurants, and public transportation around the area

I liked the restaurants in the lobby and the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was superb. However if you don’t want to do valet parking, the self park garage is a pain! I waited for 35 minutes to get out because they screwed up my ticket and it was absolutely ridiculous.

Great location. It was nicely updated. The were water stains, where the window had previously leaked. The coffee maker did not work.

Great location! Close walk to Everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I am highly annoyed that I wasn’t made aware of the price to pay to park. I feel that parking should have been free, since you’re staying there. Paid $30 to park my car overnight. Not happy with this! Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!
