Beautiful location near the river. People mover stop in the building. Convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only negative is the hot tub was out of order and that’s one of the reasons we booked this hotel over others.

The hotel was clean, love the monorail on the 5th floor, great location and awesome hotel staff. The only thing that really was below expectations was the IHOP and Applebees inside the hotel. The food was stale and most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there.

The staff at the check in counter was great. The view the room had was amazing. Was disappointed that our room didn't have a microwave. Also was highly disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot at all. Nice hotel though.
