Hotel in a great location in Greektown with casino and walking distance to Ford Field and Comerica Park. Clean rooms with friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is great connected to the casino the room was a very good size with a nice view.

Very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful whenever needed!

Loved the Detroit skyline at night from the 26th floor.

Got in super late after flight delays and was upgraded to an amazing city-view suite. Bathroom and bedroom were both incredible and I had a great night of sleep.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and view was awesome! The only negative was when I ordered room service, the $24 steak I got was terrible (full of fat) and the baked potato was hard

I really had a very good time and the room was very comfortable. The only problem I had was that the marijuana smell in the halls. There needs to better regulations in enforcing no smoking policy.

Check in and check out staff were very polite and so friendly. The room was great and the view was amazing.

Great time, great place! Close to everything we did. People mover made it convenient

Found a foreign hair in the bed. No personal refrigerator in the room, only the one you had to pay to use items. No microwave. Location is very convenient to get around.

Was an excellent stay staff helped a lot when i needed direction to different areas of the hotel lol room was clean and had comfortable beds and didn't hear the other people in the rooms next to me

The staff was amazing. They were extremely helpful and beyond polite. I was in town for a funeral and they made my visit pleasant. Will be returning. The lady who does the breakfast set up is the perfect person to see before getting your day started. The lady at the front desk with the long curly hair was polite and very helpful. But everyone I encountered was great these two ladies really stood out. Thank you all.

Checked In little early, asked for high floor, good view, got both!Room was nice and clean, hotel staff very helpful & friendly

Worked great for going to and from the wings game.

Overall, the hotel location is great in the heart of downtown. The hotel is actually separated from the casino, but connected by a walkway. So if you're typing the address into your GPS or through some rideshare service, beware. The room was clean and all the fixtures and additions look quite new. Walls are a bit thin, but alright if you have pleasant neighbors. Service was excellent and polite - check-in and check-out was a bit slow as it looked like that front desk staff had many duties that pulled them away from the desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the price. Also, if possible ask for a city-view room which lets you see all of downtown.

Very quick check in and a great hotel. Everything was clean and the lobbies smell amazing. Located perfectly in Detroit, right in the center of all the action.

We stay at this Hotel every year during the Christmas season. It has easy access to the Expressways and other ways to getting to various locations. It is a lovely Hotel and the staff is courteous and friendly. This year we were VERY disappointed since we had planned 3 months ahead to time to entertain our family by treating them to dinner at the Bistro. We found out that not only was it closed on Christmas but the restaurant had been reserved by a football team....thus, we could not eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the Hotel. The staff suggested "Prism" which was WAY beyond our pay grade; however, we had to go there since 11 members of our family were joining us at Greektown. I would have thought that the Hotel would have given some kind of preference to those who were staying there and had plans to eat at Bistro.

Very good experience. Valet was free and parking free as well.

Stayed at Greektown after a hockey Game. Really nice hotel and close to everything that we were able to walk.

Not good, staff was rude, the baker service was terriable
