Have stayed here several times. Good location and reasonable price. Not super fancy, but perfect for a clean, quiet place to stay downtown.

Nice staff

I love the room just wish they had microwaves for food

The employees were nice. The bed was super comfy. I appreciated the room having a mini fridge. The hotel smells like smoke and weed in the hallways and sort of damp, which would possibly explain why the ceiling above the shower was covered with mold spots.

Loved the urban vibe. Stayed here twice for events in Detroit. Will be returning

Place is very small definitely not worth 300 tub only for one person beds very uncomfortable just not a luxury place

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room is different and came with a robe and slippers which was nice. They charge for parking regardless if you park in the front or the gated area which is ridiculous. The soap is very drying and the walls are paper thin. Besides that, it’s in close proximity to down town which is nice, overall experience was okay.

A bit outside of downtown, but very good value for money. Simple rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is fantastic; especially Darren at the front desk

I know it was a less expensive option than some other choices but it was a big disappointment still. Paper thin walls( we heard not just our nieghbors but probably the 5 closest rooms), cold concrete floors, skimpy decor that says theyre trying modern but falling flat. No coffee maker in the room. The man who checked us in seemed very new and was more concerned with his earing dinner than anything else.

It was all good..the clerk was a little bit slow in helping the guests

Paper thin walls, no amenities, rooms were not ready by check in, restaurant closed early with no notice.

Close proximity to to the downtown area. Right off the major freeway

Very hip hotel, great artwork everywhere, helpful staff

The hotel is well kept. It does seem a little sparse & cold in the rooms.

Thank you so much for your response. We are a 100% smoke free building, but with the new laws find more people smoking and entering our building creating a smoke smell. We invested in 3 Ozinating machines per floor and they were delivered on October 1. Please come again soon as I would like you to experience the 24/7 fresh air now created with these machines and making each experience better.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I haven't seen a 300 price here so I wonder if there was a mix up in hotels.
