The late night concierge was very kind and gave me a bottle of water being they had no other options than a vending machine with 4 options of snack and 3 kinds of soda cans

Not handicap accessible which we wish we would have known as one of us was confined to a wheelchair. But the hotel staff were able to change our room and gave us 2 rooms so everyone had somewhere to sleep.

The property is very close to the downtown area, about a 5 minute uber ride or a 20-25 minute walk, but is definitely no frills. It’s located in a safe area, just happens to be a really outdated hotel. It’s a good place to lay your head if you are not planning on staying in Detroit for very long.

There is no gym only a room with a treadmill. Breakfast is all cheap sugary products, no protein of any kind. The location is outside the city. Our room is clean but We had bags of trash outside our room each day we were here.

Did not feel comfortable to take showers because of the condition of the bathroom

Not a terrible neighborhood for Detroit looks like they're trying to remodel/cleanup but a lot of smoking going on inside. Close to lots of sites!

Breakfast. ,. had to check out.

The Service was good front desk and the maid service. I didn't like the fact that there was no pool, whirlpool or posibly a sauna. Also I think there should be an ice machine on each floor.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been in. Floors uneven, no window, room had nasty smell, and I paid $250 for one night!! Very ghetto and not worth the price!! Pictures are deceiving.

The price is low, the location is ideal for downtown (with shuttle service), and the basics are offered in spades.

This hotel is old. Carpet in the main hallways are stained and there are cobwebs in the corners. The room was clean with a few updates. Staff were nice and helpful. There is no elevator which might mean carrying your luggage up a few flights of stairs.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a parking spot, our room was near the staff area and laundry room and it was extremely bothersome and loud. Other then thoose 2 issues. Same as always

The suite has lots of room. You can tell they did some updating, they still have a bit to go. But we felt comfortable in the room, and it was clean.

Hotel was OK, very expensive for what you got. My experience was horrible due to the room across the hall having a party, literally all night long. When I asked them to tone it down at 3:00am, I was told to go F myself. I then called the front desk and was told they would call the room and ask them to quiet down, nothing happened. It then got escalated to a near physical altercation around 6:30am when they decided to all go in the hall and party out there. The hotel staff did nothing to de-fuse a potentially dangerous situation. I will not be staying here again.

Ok place to stay for a day or two., close to downtown.

Nice room for the price, friendly staff, free shuttle back and forth to Little Caesar's Arena, what more could you ask for?

The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were nice and friendly.

Good. Love the how they remodeled the room snd over all look of the hotel. Every hotels has issues but the front desk attendant handled everything that came up.

Location was fairly convenient as we were stayed overnight to go to a Tigers game. A/C unit very loud which made it difficult to fall asleep. Also no elevator in building and we were on 3rd floor. Not that I’m opposed to taking the stairs it’s just difficult when you have heavy bags. No a/c in hallways so it was extremely hot in the building with no ventilation. Staff was just ok.

The condition of this hotel is poor. The carpets are visibly stained everywhere, the "window" of your room looks into a hallway and the sheets on the bed were visibly stained or dirty.
