Stay away from this hotel. It's so dirty, filthy and disgusting. The matresses are so old and have holes on them, it was blood stains on the sofas and so dirthy. Its shame that Orbitz is listing this type of hotels.

Hotel simples como previsto, mas muito sujo de uma forma geral, os corredores bem sujos, o carpete do quarto não vê uma limpeza a muito tempo, o colchão das duas camas péssimo, pias entupidas a agua demorava a descer, os lençois e as toalhas eram um pouco melhor. Boa localização.

My family did not feel comfortable staying there, but they wouldn’t allow a refund. I can understand that they had those two nights booked out for us, but not even a partial refund is ridiculous. We didn’t spend either night there. Had to book another hotel elsewhere

Is convenient if you're attending an event at Little Caesars Arena. Free parking at Quality Inn. Easy and inexpensive to Uber to arena and not deal with the hassle of driving and paying exorbitant public parking fees. Quality inn was very quiet at night. Rooms are small but very clean.

Nice motel for a stay in Detroit

Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed. Roomkeeping only if requested, which I missed noticing. TV signal very poor, wifi excellent. Breakfast typical american.

Could hardly see out our window,toilet was not connected to floor. Then it started to rain outside which then it started to leak in our room. The patch that was in the ceiling gave way so paste water landed on our suitcase.this started at midnight we finally asked for a room change once it got louder. New room must smelled like smoke turned on fan it was loud as a. Airline Motor and sink slow draining when we che ckeched out we were told someone would call us...

Great stay!

Bang for your buck, this is the place to stay! Very clean! Pretty good service. Anybody complaining about this place was looking for a $500 room on a $150 budget. If you aren't scared of the city, this is the place to stay. I'll stay here every time I come to town.

Toilet is not secured to the floor. Sink doesn’t drain. Room smells like smoke. Tile floor is greasy. Hotel is not as clean as pictures on the website show. If there were other rooms available we wouldn’t be staying here.

Not what I thought

The pictures do not accurately reflect how this hotel feels in person . It feels dingy dark and small in the rooms . The lobby is nicely decorated but feels closed off . The staff were friendly . The description said river front but to me it was not close enough to the river front for that to be advertised. To me this felt more like a MOTEL than a hotel .

The hotel itself is ok, but it was my worst hotel experience. The guest were noisy, walls were thin and I woke up multiple time in the middle of the night because of intimate actions happening on the room next to me.

This is a very basic but clean and satisfactory budget option. There was a lot of noise, both from other guests and traffic, but it's a cheap motel in downtown Detroit, so to be expected. The location is excellent.
