Bad service and first impression

Most chaotic lobby/lift arrangement for a hotel. Once you arrive, it makes sense why they don’t have any pictures of the lobby area. Terrible and rude receptionists, it’s not a language barrier thing - we speak Cantonese and English, and doesn’t make any difference. Despite being advertised as non smoking hotel, the lifts and common corridor stank of smoke. Ended up using the dirty service lifts for majority of the stay because the guest lifts are shared with their public food court. Only thing great is the room is relatively clean and spacious for its price.

The room my family and I stayed in was clean and updated, but the room my parents stayed in was older and not as clean. One can clearly see stains on the carpet, and the carpet can use a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor in my parents's room was also not mopped. There was a sticky area as soon as you stepped into the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Staff were ok. They weren't rude, but at the same time, they weren't exactly friendly either.

Great choice for an city stopover

We needed accommodation in HongKong between flights, Eaton was ideal. Booking three nights due to early arrival day one and late departure day 2 Eaton provided an economical easy to access accomodation in Kowloon. The airport train to Kowloon station in conjunction with a short taxi ride delivered us to the hotel in a timely comfortable manner. Check in and out was easy and efficient.The twin room was not large but had everything we needed, comfortable bed great shower and interesting decor, along with an interesting view over the area. Room aircon was excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the extensive buffet breakfast. Very close to the Jordan station for the metro makes it easy to get around this city.

Great place, great location

Very nice hotel conveniently situated halfway between Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok. Unlimited food options, nearby wet market and temple street market. Close to airport bus and subway. Nice pool and fitness area. Would stay here again.

The hotel is right in between 2 MTR stations and not particularly near either, takes about a 5 min walk to reach either station. There were plenty of eateries and restaurants around and the Temple Street night market is walkable from the hotel. But the area around the hotel and around Nathan Road has several puddles and water dripping. Service was quite fast but the check in process was a bit slow. The ice machine on my floor was not working.

Hotel condition is below average due to age. Elevators are very slow and located outside of the hotel lobby. Very weird and unsafe. Guests are sometimes required to use the cargo elevators. Hotel lobby is noisy & always crowded. Not a comfortable place to stay at.

There is no USB plug in my room.Although there is a USB VCable for charge,I cannot find a USB plug or socket that mean I cannot use the cable. Other than that, it is overall good and no point need to elaborate.
