Location Location Location. The harbour views were amazing. According to their government rules, no amenities were provided. If you needed a toothbrush or tooth paste you have to pay a small fee of HKD 5. Also no daily housekeeping....only after 3 nights will they clean your room. You can ask for fresh towels and garbage bins to be cleaned everyday. Good service and the buffet breakfast was excellent value for money.

Location was great. We had great window view of River. In the future we’d rather stay at a Sheraton or Hyatt even if there are no views. I would recommend for a family and those on a budget. Eco friendly didn’t make sense. We got towels daily (upon request) but they don’t make the bed. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?? They only take out the trash on a daily basis.

Fantastic location with a short walk to the Star Ferry and the waterfront. Loads of places to eat nearby, even found an Irish bar serving the best sunday roast (Delaney's)round the corner!!. Staff were very attentive. Fantastic room, clean everything you need with the beat view of Victoria Harbour. Cafe/restaurant was very convenient, food was brilliant and very reasonable cost, even doscounted as a guest. Perfect all round, will definitely stay again if we visit Hong Kong. Thanks The Salisbury team.

Stay three nights with family. The location is really convenient, five minutes to walk to the Victoria Harbor and shopping mall. The subway station is next door. The staff is nice and helpful. I booked a room with city view and I want sea view room next time.

Great location! We had the harbor view room, really enjoyed the view day and night. Room is clean and spaces are practical. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Access to public transportations just outside the hotel. Just under an hour to and from the airport by bus. Will stay here again for sure!

We stay here every year. Why? Proximity. Easy access to public transportation, easy access to shopping, easy access to Indian breakfast at Chun King Mansions, easy access to the light show on the harbor, and easy access to people that can solve problems - the YMCA staff. This hotel bats way above class - it may be the best YMCA in the world - and it certainly competes in commitment to service to other hotels in TST.

I appreciated that there are several helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly staff at front desk and concierge to accurately answer my various questions (e.g., closest and best places to change money, how to catch the airport shuttle, etc). Love the location. Very comfortable staying at the YMCA Hotel in Kowloon. Special thank you to Jacky for the Partial Harbour View corner suite on the 13th floor - husband and I loved the views there.

Room was very dated, carpets covered in stains, fold out couch wasn’t comfortable for sleep, bedding was ok. We had the king suite but low level, nice view nonetheless. Amenities basically non existent considering the price of the room. Size of the suite was very big by HK standards.
