Bathroom looks old to me. No HD TV. TV old and bad picture. Only few channels. Slow WiFi, third device costs extra.

Everything was fantastic at this hotel! I am going to write a little more in Trip Advisor under THEMKP. I am not sure I can come up with enough different adjectives but let me try. Check in - easy and very accommodating, great service. Room - out of this world and did not expect it and could not have expected more. Easy of access - Very easy access from airport and blocks from the MTR. Other - did not use it but a shuttle to a location great for the light show at 8pm. Thank you everyone at the Harbour for a great experience!

The manager was called excellent. My room had extreme electricity and air conditioning problems. He fixed the situation immediately by changing my room. He upgraded me. He was a wonderful and effective manager

On the Bay with Peer. Fitness Center and Pool are top.

Wonderful hotel with great views out over the harbor. I got a suite for the price of a room a room through Orbitz.

The hotel locates in a very convenient location and just a few minutes walk you can reach the MTR and many shops and restaurants. The outside look of the hotel is beautiful and just by the harbor. When you walk out the hotel, there is a long walkway that you can enjoy the breeze and gorgeous scene of Hong Kong side. However, that's about all you can get. During the 3 nights stay, the hotel was remodeled and we had to get through the hotel room from the side way through a single door. The door is not automated and no porter to help people open the door. The passage is only big enough for two people to walk through. Since I have a two years old boy and he is in the stroller all the time, it gave me so much trouble every time to get in and out of the hotel. I have never been in a such a difficult way to get in the hotel. For a four/five stars hotel, this is not acceptable at all. Also, when I tried to get out of the hotel with a stroller, I needed to walk on the driveway or I had to carry the stroller for several steps. The view of the room is okay. According to their brochure, people from outside cannot see through the window which is great that I can have the drapes open most of the time. However, the window was so dirty that you didn't want to look outside at all. The hotel staff was friendly but overall the hotel's facility was a disappointment.

good place~~! good staffes~~!! good rate~~!! My families are satisfied all conditions of this hotel. Specially, swimming pool is most like~~~~!! I'll stay if I have another visit to Hong Kong.

The staff were so friendly and efficient, we were really impressed. The shuttle service was very helpful because our flight was late in the evening. We love the promenade along the harbor right behind the hotel. Gorgeous view of the harbor.

Excellent location, quiet, huge room even by American standards, lovely waterfront promenade path close to ferry terminal. Would definitely stay there again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it's not what I'd expected. Very disappointed the room I'd check in to was horrible the shower stalls was dirty, the shower bed where u step in was black it looks like it was not been clean, I complain and they switched me to another room, the first 2 days was fine, and then the a/c starting to make noise. The food was expensive and tasted blend. However the hotel was located by the harbor it have beautiful views.

Good cafe shop service. Breakfast food is not good. Coffee taste like water.

The staff of this hotel needs psychiatric help. They are all consistently rude and obnoxious.

The view from the rooms is wonderful. Wonderful staff, upgraded me to a room with a view of the bay. Highly recommend working out at the fitness center for its view.
