Room is big but it has a sticky floor, when I walk with the slippers, there is very loud sticking sound. Hotel staff service is very bad, especially front desk (check in and out), long waiting time, did not allow me to check in, had to sit aside for a long time before they let me check in. Check out process is extremely long as well, very bad experience there

This is a very nice selection away from the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area, where we used to stay in the previous trips. Location is very convenient 15 minutes walk to the nearby metro station, shopping and choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Probably the nicest room I've ever stayed in. The hotel is boutique and lovely. The staff are incredibly helpful and mostly out of sight unless you need something. The location is a bit out of the way if you'll be taking the subway to get around, but worth it.

Great stay with a spacious room and great view

The accommodation itself was fantastic. Spacious room and spacious bath with a great vibe overall. Very comfortable bed. Great view of the harbour. Close proximity to the metro and several shops. The area felt very safe. The only pitfall I thought was that the quality of breakfast was below average for a hotel like this. The choice was very limited, yet priced far more than it's actual worth in my opinion. The staff were very helpful, I must add.

The staff was so enjoyable. The help you with everything you need. I stayed over my birthday, and every single staff member remembered to say happy birthday to me. Stay was okay. Only one staff at the front desk. Reception was on the first floor , arrival area was on the ground floor. No doorman or bellboy to help with luggage. There is a hotel lounge but only non alcoholic drinks available, no snacks. No extra amenities , only toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a balcony but you cannot go on it.
