Room was small but clean. Everything inside the room worked properly such as hot water and air conditioning. There were issues with the elevators several times during my stay. The elevators are very small and accommodatie only a few people at a time and there was one out of service several times during the stay. One tome we had to ealk down several flights of stairs and navigate our esy out as most of the exit doors had emergency alarms.

Surrounding terrible. Local people neighborhood, people crouching around. Reception was awkward with an office table and 2 office chairs. This is more like a morel than hotel. Not worth the money. I surrendered 9/24 to 9/28 & 9/30 to 10/5 all 10 day's worth of prepaid stay and rented elsewhere. Completely disappeared

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, they only have 3 lifts, and throughout our stay 1 was out of service, so we had to wait a long time for a lift as it kept skipping our floor. Housekeeping was really good. The lady who looked after floor 9 was always friendly and helpful.

I like the easy access to public transit. It's relatively quiet considering it is near the market place. Also, the street is not that crowded. The hotel cleaning crew is hard working & kept my room in good order. There are a few things I don't like: 1. They don't accept Apple Pay 2. The room size is smaller than the one they show on the web site (there is no space between the bed and the table, and missing the chair) 3. They didn't tell me that breakfast is provided (even though it's a simple one, just muffins, OJ & coffee)
