We were in room 208. There was visible mold in the bathroom in the shower and around the shower. One area was in the hallway. I don't think there is a bathroom fan/vent for the moisture to escape, so I guess mold forms. But they could have been cleaned but was not. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim. The room is a good size. Hotel staff was good.

Dash Living on Prat fell far below expectations. The room was dirty, and the space looked nothing like the images they advertise. It’s frustrating to arrive somewhere and immediately feel misled. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful and made the entire experience even more disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is really good, it's a very vibrant and active area with lots of restaurants and so forth. The room is clean and modern. My only concern is the same problem everywhere - prices in Hong Kong are just really high

Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything. The room is larger than thought with two closets and huge working table. I was there before noon and was able to check in right away. It was only 300 metres to MTR and two minutes walk to K11. My room 1105 the heater not working though, turned it on and got cold air. They do not fix the bed but do change towels daily.

Stayed here to attend the Hong Kong SVNS at the new stadium. Was less than 20mins door to door. Around the hotel plenty of dining options and take seats including western outlets if that’s what you’re after. Staff are efficient and kind. Room was super clean and user friendly with plenty of storage and good wifi. Would recommend.
