Hotel is near shopping centres, mtr and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and straight away they changed our room and asked if we need help with our suitcases. Breakfast food is really good and have lots of choices. I will come back to this hotel.

Location was great! Close to all the shopping and dining and Victoria harbor. The MTR is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was a busy hotel with lots of guest coming in and out all the time, you didn't have to wait for the elevator.

Great location, wonderful buffet breakfast, serving staff excellent very friendly. Rooms spacious, could do with a bit of an upgrade (bathroom area) but very clean. Pool area nice, but closes at 6pm which some nights too early after a day site seeing. Pool bar also not operating. Overall a clean comfortable hotel on Nathan Rd close to transport, shopping etc.

The service, the location, and hotel staffs are the reason we stay here every time we visit HK. This was our third visit. However, the breakfast can be better. Even though we paid for the breakfast during our stay, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because of the quality of breakfast. Please improve the variety and quality, in particular, daily variety. We are so bored to eat the same food everyday.

Perfect location right next to the MTR and a short walk to avenue of the stars. Happy Friendly staff who talk good English & Breakfast was very good. Only thing I could fault was the bed was hard but I wouldn't let this effect my stay everything out weighed that minor issue. I would stay here agin

Location of Holiday Inn Golden Mile was very convenient! The hotel is close by the Avenue of the Stars, close the K11, close to the Legoland Discovery Center, and is right across the MTR station. The staff was great. Our room attendant, Cathy, was great. She kept our beds clean and refreshed our room daily. The only negative thing about the hotel is that our bathroom had drain flies. The staff said it's because there was a recent rain and the humidity, there is a drain near the toilet on bathroom floor that does not get any running water, and thus these drain flies will come out. The staff did spray something in the drain and we covered it with a baby wipe, but the drain flies kept coming back. They didn't offer to change our rooms either. The stay would have been perfect if it weren't for the drain flies.
