upgraded to oceanview two bedrooms with kitchen. Clean and comfortable beds.
Staffs were very unkind and breakfast was poor. Facilities of the hotel were uncomfortable.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. All of the Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a City View but got upgraded to a Harbor View. Family really enjoyed that. The two bedroom suite was spacious and had plenty of space for our luggage and stuff.
1. staff don't have any responsibility. no feedback, no follow up and can't keep their words. can't do what their promise. 2. bad shuttle bus service. 3. poor location
