Almost everything was very good. The only two issues were that the breakfast had a very limited variety of fruit. Also, the biggest problem was my room assignment. When I made my reservation on Orbitz, I booked a Deluxe Sea View King Room, and the Orbitz photos showed a direct sea view. However, the room I received only had a sideways view. From the bed, all I could see was a building, and I could only see the sea if I stood up and looked sideways. During my entire Asia trip, every hotel I stayed in provided the room exactly as shown on Orbitz — except for this one. It feels unfair to pay for something and not receive what was promised.

I booked 2 rooms and requested to have 2 rooms near to each other. When I checked in at 3pm, the front desk staff replied that only one room was available, the other room near to this room was still dirty and not sure when it was cleaned completely. She asked us to wait for 45 mins. By 4pm, the room was still not yet ready and no definite available time was provided. I complained that they were wasting my time as I made this request earlier when the reservation was made, not last minute request. They simply ignored my request made earlier. After waiting for another 30 mins, the room was settled. Poor customer service management!

We stayed in a bay-facing room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and care. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented, ensuring the room stayed fresh and inviting every day. The hotel’s overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxing charm.
