My boyfriend and I stayed in Kerry hotel for one night staycation. We stayed in Club Premier sea view room and it was spacious with fabulous sea view. Service on The Club was excellent, nothing to complain. Although The Club was quite packed, staff were still wearing a smile to provide service. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. We will be back!

Room is very spacious and bigger than average room size in hong kong, staff are helpful and the concierge team have provided much information about dining options which are excellent. Breakfast buffet is impressive with lots of options, even can sit outdoor to enjoy the victoria harbour view. will definitely stay again!

All staff are exceptional in Kerry Hotel! This is my first visit to HK joining company meeting and really enjoyed my stay in HK! Check in was efficient and room was ready right upon I arrived. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and I am glad to see my favourite ice cream during breakfast time. Will definitely come back with my family during summer time again!

Clearly a 5-star hotel, with magnificent views of Victoria Harbor, world-class accommodations, dining and hospitality! One of the very best hotels I've ever stayed in the world! Would definitely come back for a second or third stay!

We stayed 1 night for a staycation. It’s a big hotel and we felt a bit like cattle the whole stay. It didn’t feel special or high end. The room was quite nice, with sea view. We booked over the phone and requested a check in at 2pm which was agreed, however we could only check in at 3:40 and had to wait until then. The swimming pool is quite small considering the size of the hotel. Having said that we slept really well. But I won’t go for another staycation.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with views of Hong Kong Island. We spent 5 days on the 15 floor with views of Honkong Island, a fantastic view in the evening and during the day, highly recommended. In 30 minutes you are on foot to the Star Fernes which drive every 15 minutes to Hong Kong Island. We can highly recommend this hotel and our room 2529. The hotel is very well maintained and is only two years old at the moment. Easy to reach by shuttle from Kowoolon station. Who wants can also take the inexpensive taxis which wait in front of the entrance. If possible, when booking, carry out "Club Premier Sea View Room" so that is the entrance to the club restaurant guarantee in which excellent food for breakfast and early dinner are offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I travel back to Hong Kong, I will choose this hotel again.

We loved every minute of our stay at the Kerry hotel. The staff were super efficient and really couldn’t have done more to make our stay special. The hotel is a little removed from some of Hong Kong’s more notable sights but the flip side is it enjoys some of the best views around of the island. Plus, Whampoa MTR is just a few minutes walk away so it’s all very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I have a nice experience stay in Kerry hotel in Hong Kong . Because the hotel facilities very new and the view very beautiful . The room is clean and tidy. And the staff have good attitude . And the club lounge staff have a good customer service even busy or not. Especially I want to say thank you to some staff, Amelie, Vincy ,DiDi Agnes,Rina and Krista ,lf I have any questions ,They will happy to answer for me and they always keep good smile for the customer ,They have a good customer service . So I want to say thank you for them.

Stayed here 3 nights. Had a king room with club. Club is a very good idea if you can take the extra cost. Means you get a much more relaxed check in, free afternoon tea and evening cocktails/ drinks in a more private room and breakfast in a less crowded room. We also paid for a sea view which was in fact a view across the bay but was a great view of the Hong Kong skyline. Room was large enough though not massive, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Staff were friendly and always very helpful. They were also extremely well trained in customer service, we really couldn’t fault them on anything. Hotel itself has a real quality feel we only seem to find in Asia. Breakfast in club room was excellent. Value was, in my opinion, very good for the overall package we had at around $350 US a night compared to similar hotels in California and particularly San Francisco where prices are double and standards are significantly lower. I’ve given it 4 stars for two reasons. Location isn’t perfect, main attractions are on Hong Kong Island and you need to get the ferry over there from just outside the hotel because taxi drivers don’t like going there. You then get a taxi to Central etc. where the action is. Secondly and the main reason I’ve knocked a point off is the dining choices and the cost of drinks, food etc. Drinks are ridiculously expensive, 100 HKD for a 330ml IPA. Restaurant choices are also limited for evening meal, you can go to ‘dockyard’, a local eating concept that is severely flawed in execution because ordering is really difficult and because adults end up dining with the noise of children all round. The alternative is a Chinese restaurant where a bowl of soup costs more than 2 peoples food and drink in dockyard, or a cafe restaurant where we couldn’t really work out what we could eat, especially my wife who is a vegetarian allergic to white fish. Overall a great hotel let down by lack of a proper restaurant where adults can eat at a sensible price. OK we know there is nothing else around locally but that doesn’t mean it’s fair to pull my shorts down round my ankles.

Outstanding premier sea view room with fantastic view across the harbour. The staff were really efficient and polite, for us the hotel is very business like compared to other hotels on our journey. Brilliant location with excellent transport links both onto the island and the airport, lovely and quiet but only a few minutes and you are in the hub of everything. Every evening we walked along the waterfront to enjoy the views and stroll along enjoying the warm air watching locals fishing and doing tai chi. Definitely take a tram through Hong kong island and visit the peak if you can. I have given the hotel 4 stars due to the restaurant experience, whilst the food was excellent, fresh and in abundance catering to every nationality the actual 'cafe' buffet restaurant in the evening had the same feel as breakfast. For us it was very expensive and did not give value for money. Red Sugar restaurant was however very special, food delicious but be prepared to pay for it! The pool although beautiful to look at was very small and too busy so we didn't make use of it but the grounds are lovely and the bar area at night is stunning. Overall I would definitely recommend the Kerry for a few nights stop over.
