The sink the bathroom didn't drain well so it was hard to get hot water without flooding the sink that was my only complaint

Overall it was okay, until check out time, which I understand the systems were down and that’s why we didn’t get an invoice that same day and time of check out, but if you have guests write down their information for you to later send them their invoice and you don’t that’s wrong on your part.

The tv was broke but when I called they immediately wanted to move me to a different room and offered to a free upgrade and offered to cover the $38.00 nightly parking garage fee for all 3 nights. I didnt take the upgrade due to 2 queens and a sofa pull out is what we needed with the kids. It was just nice they offered multiple rooms to choose from. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't there fault.

The hotel is great, but the pool is strange. It’s more like a lap pool and it wasn’t heated or the heater was not working.

Location and facilities good, we thought breakfast closing at. 9am rare and too early for vacationers. Air conditioner too noisy and had to turn off to sleep , rain drops dripping outside hitting with an annoying tinny sound , otherwise stay ok .

Absolutely enjoyed our weekend in Grand Rapids! The Hyatt was very clean, all of the staff we encountered were SO nice, especially the night staff at the hotel bar! We loved that the hotel had a small deli and a bar, it was close to a lot of different things to do while in town. One thing that should be better advertised is that the parking is not free...$38 a night was a little steep, but it was likely around that price everywhere I guess.

The pool was closed. Parking is available but to enter and exit was a pain as the key card wasn’t working in the lane for Hyatt guests. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
