The hotel is very clean and the location is amazing! Parking was not included and is expensive, and also not very convenient as there is not much room in front of the hotel at all to pull up prior to check in. Recommend parking in lot around the corner first, as the Reception/front desk area is also not at street level. One of the front desk staff were not very polite or helpful at all. Customer service was lacking for sure, although the individual working during check in was ok. Beds were comfortable, rooms quiet.

I loved that it’s right downtown, and that the room had a great layout with lots of natural light, and a good desk and sofa sitting area for getting work done. The check-in attendant was awesome.
