I've stayed at many hotels this year, and this is one of the most disgusting ones I've had the displeasure of staying at. Near the outdoor stairs that ascend to the second floor was a man sitting in a hotel chair outside of a room smoking cannabis. As I entered the room, I noticed the rug at the door was very ragged and messily stuck to the floor. There were paint chips all over the rug. The towels looked use, and although the room was booked for two, there were barely enough towels for one person. One of the towels appeared to be used to dry hands at the sink. All towels and the sheets looked dingy. There appeared to be blood splattered on one of the table lamps, and two spots on one of the bed's sheets. The toilet and tub had not been cleaned. There was residue of feces in the toilet and on the rim of the seat. I laid my jacket across the bed to lay on, because I didn't trust the cleanliness of the bed. It looks like the just don't clean around there, and the complimentary coffee station was unforgivably disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The good thing was it was one night to get some sleep. The bad thing was, I woke up with some type of bug bites burning and irritating my back. This was a one night stay for $80 at a hotel that should have been charging $39.00 tops per night. I am surprised at Red Roof Inn. I used to consider them one of the cleaner and more contemporary places to stay. No phone in the room, but questionable looking folks on site.
This place is perfect for crack heads on a budget.
It's a serviceable motel for a lower budget overnight. The other occupants were a bit on the noisy side. The checkin process took longer that necessary due to interruptions from the staff.
No internet. Dirty room. Dirty sidewalks--trash everywhere overloading trash cans. Pretty much a train wreck.
My wife walked in the room in her bare feet, the soles of her feet were black. My sheets on my queen bed were dirty. We were asleep when at 12:15 am, there was a loud knocking on our door.I ignored it, but when they knocked hard again, I got up and went to the door and spoke loudly, "what do you want! who is it!" Someone said, "open the door". I said "no, what do you want?" Again I heard "open the door!" I pulled open the curtain and said, "what do you want?" I was told, "don't talk to me through the window, open the door". I closed the curtain and said, "I'm not opening the door". He said "I'm going to call the authorities." I said "Great, I'd like to talk to them". I walked away .Pretty soon I called the front desk to complain. They answered the phone, "Is this the guy in room 218?" I said "yes". I was again told to open the door. When I said no, he said the authorities have been called. I said, "GOOD!" We threw on our clothes and tossed everything else in our suitcase. I told her to get in the bathroom with me.I didn't know if those outside had a gun or not, but wanted to be out of the line of fire, if they would start shooting. From the bathroom I called 911. About 10-15 minutes later I had a knock on the door. It was the sheriff's dept. They helped us to get to our car, after I showed our receipt from Orbitz. The kid said I stayed 2 nights, but only paid for 1. I was so wired that I drove 170 miles home, arriving at 4 am. I deserve a REFUND!!
Front desk guy looks like he didn’t want to be there. His text messages were more important than the paying customers. We booked 3 rooms, but couldn’t get them close by, so that spread our group all over the place. Area was dirty, rooms were dirty, floor sticky, comforter looks like it hasn’t been wash in years. Website says check out was 12, but the cleaning crews were knocking doors by 10 am on the dot. Looks like this place has a lot of monthly renter, got so many weird stares as we walk out of our rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. If it wasn’t just a 1 night stay, I would had look elsewhere. I would not recommend this place. Pay a little bit more and go somewhere else.

I like that it was a lower price and close to the sites that we were interested in visiting. However I was very disappointed in the housekeeping of the room.
The rooms were clean and decent for the price. Smelled a little like cigarettes, but some good air freshener fixed that real quick. There are definitely some shady characters that live there full time, but everyone was really nice. Staff stays out of your businesses. Very budget friendly. We didnt bring ours, but saw lots of pets, so property is pet friendly. Easy checkout. The wifi is terrible. We couldn't connect a PS4. Had to stop by wal-mart and buy some DVD's. Overall, really not a bad place to stay at all for normal people. Boujie people would probably not fit in.
I had to go and ask for towels because there was none when i checked in And when i asked for clean towels i never got any. Found a pill on the bathroom floor. And there was a ton of spiders outside my room.
No breakfast at all
Adequate, clean sheets, comfortable bed. Unfortunately heavy drug users hanging out on the sidewalks in front of rooms . Didn’t feel very safe but did not have issues.
Ever room i got was cold inside
This a very nice place to stay safely, outstanding welcoming.
The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The odor had permeated the room, linens, and pillows. It was disgusting and what a joke making me initial that I would not smoke in the room! I am a non smoker and would never ever stay there again!!

Thank you for your response. We do provide a doggie station for everyone that has a pet and we do have people that leave it for us to clean up. We try our best, and I do apologize for it not all being taken care of.

I am very sorry that you had this experience. I will be sure to discuss this with housekeeping
