Room had cobwebs in corners. Also, there were some strange limitations, like wristbands and special key to pool. Sounds like the hotel has a lot of traffic from outside the hotel. Breakfast could improve.

It was the worst hotel ever the desk clerk was rude did not help our TV did not work properly. They did not want to exchange our rooms or help us with anything. They didn’t even wanna give me a refund so I left there for a paid room that I did not get refunded on I will never stay there again

Appreciate the free charging. Property is dated. Bad smells on the 3rd floor. Gym needed towels and fill up on wet wipes, and cups for the water cooler. Cramped bathroom, with awkward TP placement. Staff was amenable, though.

Hand to move rooms from the room not being clean, smoke detectors had a plastic bag covering it. Moved to the new room made us late to a reservation because the staff said move now or you won’t be able to later. Moved everything to the new room looked cleaner but was missing shampoo. Loud and noisy, dirty area, people leaving hotel rooms via window right above the entrance half naked smoking staff didn’t care…Won’t be staying here again.
