The rooms were not up to par. The refrigerator and freezer had mold in it. Wasnt clean. The pillows had hair on them as if someone didnt use it and they cleaned around it. Keeping the dirty pillow case on it. Tub was not clean. Staff switched my room. The next one mirrors was wiped dirty like the previous room. No ice bucket or trash bags. Refrigerator ddint work at all. Hallways were dirty. Had a distributing odor. Spoke with front desk and i checked out to another hotel. More expensive than what we wanted but it was the best decision and it did not disappoint. I would give in no stars, but the one of the staff member was really nice. People live there as well. Not really even welcoming.

Mattresses are super dirty. Bed coverlets had somebody stepped on them with their shoes. Got pictures. I have another picture of cockroach on the wall. Could not sleep all night because of a car alarm that kept going on and on... I called the office, I heard it once after my call and then it stopped. I assumed they were hearing it and dealing with it but apparently not. Definitely not staying at this place again and since I had a very bad night sleep, I believe something needs to be done since the basic service was not delivered. The breakfast is pathetic, don't bother!
