Stayed at this hotel for a convention and it was awful. There were only two elevators and one had been down for months. Within an hour the other one went out and we were told to use the service elevator. The halls were hot and humid the entire time. We went to the hotels bar/restaurant for dinner and a drink, and quickly realized that was a mistake. Good luck getting any service there. Just getting a drink at the bar took about 15 minutes if not more. We are never staying at this hotel again, if you have to stay in the area avoid this one.
6 cars were broken into at 6am. There were more break ins a couple months earlier. Park at your own risk

All four wheels on my rental car were stolen from their parking lot overnight. Car was left on blocks. They did nothing. They have no security nor cameras. Didn’t offer any compensation or price adjustment. This is Motel 6 in sheep’s clothing. Floors in our room were sticky. My daughters room was exactly like mine except there were no chairs in her room. Breakfast was no better than the one we had at a rundown Beat Western in Woodstock IL. This is sad. I remember when this hotel opened as a Hilton in the 80’s with valet parking and a full service restaurant. Obviously will NEVER return. Stay away.

Super clean ! We stayed in a jr suite and it was huge. Everything was nice about the hotel, inside and out. Definitely staying again
the pillows were very un comfortable. they did not clean the room for four days and when we request to have the room cleaned, they came next day and open the door at 8 AM without even knocking.
Easy access, staff not friendly, stayed 2 days never had maid service come had to ask for clean towels
