Bed was very comfortable. Bath tub was super deep. Toilet even had a bidet!

We Were there only for a few hours and then back on road the beds and pillows were as hard as a rock could not sleep other wise the staff were helpful and the facility was very clean. I am planning another trip there at the end of the month and will not book there. The money I spent on a room just to rest for a few hours was not worth it. If I could I would ask for my money back

Very nice hotel, and convenient location. I’d recommend this hotel

Hotel was beautiful exceeded my expectations in every way. Big clean comfortable room glass shower in bathroom. Wide hallways quiet rooms. Nice mall nearby good restaurants in area. My new favorite hotel of choice when I stay in Detroit area.

When checking in, on 5-22-18 around 6, ALL the ladies were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. One of them was even off duty and took me outside to show me where I wanted to walk to. Checking out on 5-23-28, the one male seemed I was a bother and the other two were just chatting between them. Still no problem. Would go back. Convenient to mall and other stores. Food and staff for the meeting was amazing!

Overall, a great stay. Morning breakfast buffet could be improved a bit but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

we live about 5 miles from the hotel, my wife and had a one night "staycation". we love toasted oak restaurant, so ordered a bottle of wine and appetizers with no worries about driving afterwards. hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff. rooms are clean, beds are great. my only complaint was the in room heater, which was RIDICULOUSLY loud (room 262). we had to shut it off. could be an issue in other rooms as well, we could hear units from other rooms in the quiet of night. brought the overall rating down from a 4+ to 3 for me.

We've stayed at this hotel on several occasions, but not since it has changed to a Renaissance Hotel. It remains a very nice place to stay, with a lovely, comfortable room. The staff is attentive and willing to see to guests needs. There was a wedding reception in progress upon our arrival which spilled out into the lobby. It was extremely loud and some of the wedding guests were the same when returning to their rooms. However, the noise was quick to diminish. Our breakfast was the let down of the trip. There was no hostess to seat us and the food was disappointing. As there was no hostess on duty, a family with 2 small children seated themselves. They were brought some waters, then whom I presumed to be the manager told them they had no reservations, and needed to leave. I'm uncertain what all the confusion was, but thought the situation could have been handled more diplomatically.

I decided to stay here because of the restaurant. The hotel was great and the restaurant was the highlight of my trip.

The hotel provided us a quiet, comfortable room. It was convenient for lunch in the adjoining restaurant and provided prompt room service for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding, which was beautiful. The rooms are large and everything we needed. The hotel is very nice.

Quiet, relaxing - just what I needed! Friendly staff.

Hotel was ok. Loved the Aveda products. Room was not very clean.

We checked into the Baronette over the Christmas holiday. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, fantastic front desk staff and a beautiful lobby. The rooms were great, comfortable beds, very nice housekeeping staff. Being near the mall and the freeway is a plus. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in town. The professionalism of the front desk staff is really what won me over.

The front desk was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. When asked about the reason for our stay, I mentioned it was my wife's birthday; when the (surprise) snack tray of cheese, crackers, fruits and nuts arrived later that evening, there was also a birthday card. Very impressive. The room was excellent overall. However, as beautiful as the shower door was, the gap allowed a lot of water to leak through onto the bathroom floor. Also, the step in and out of the shower was rather precarious. Also, there was a problem with one of the hallways on our floor- there were several dryers out and some wall paper was peeled back; it was not clear what was going on there... We received a huge discount on brunch at the Toasted Oak hotel restaurant. Even without the discount, the restaurant was excellent. The service was fantastic, the menu was very interesting, and the food was great. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a great time, and would definitely stay again. We only paid $60/night, which was a total bargain.

My wife and I stayed for one night for a shopping trip and would recommend the hotel for it's area and value...

Had the chance to stay at this hotel twice and both times did not disappoint! The rooms are very clean and all the amenities are top quality. Although both my visits are in Ann Arbor, the 20 min drive is worth it to stay at a much nicer hotel at the same cost in Ann Arbor.
