The room was grotesque.

Terrible experience. I booked a 4 day stay at the Sonesta. Immediately upon entering the room I started itching and could tell that the room had been wiped down and not thoroughly cleaned and disinfected from the previous guests. After inspecting thoroughly I found a half cleaned toilet with caked up feces and urine attached to the inside of the toilet bowl, a dirt shower, and small blood stains on my sheets and pillows. I will never stay at this location again.

The area is nice but the property is definitely a catfish. The walls are very thin , the rooms are outdated and have a smell , and it just didn’t give a good over impression. The walls are so thin you can hear people stomping and yelling upstairs and I can hear people having intercourse beside me. I just stayed for a night but I just couldn’t get comfortable I’m anxious to check out.

Hotel was easy to find. Close to many restaurants. Olive Garden, Red Robin, Panda Express, Qdoba, Five Guys and more. Clean. Elevator made some creaking noises, but other than that good overall. Easy check in. Lots of parking. No restaurant on site.

I had an amazing 4 night stay at this hotal! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfy, and had a great view, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is awesome, close to everything we wanted to explore. Wi-Fi worked great too. Definitly recommend this hotal to anyone visiting, I’ll be back for sure!
