The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, the dog barking across the hall was loud, the people above me and next door were crying and stomping most of the night, the iron spit out mold pieces onto my clothing when using the steam, the breakfast buffet was filled with dairy options only except that cut fruit so there were no options for me to eat. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I regularly come to MI for business.

This hotel is okay at best. It's not very clean and don't stay on the first floor as we could always hear walking above us, Soundproofing is not good. The hotel provides dinner a few nights per week and then the first floor smells badly. We had a water main break cause no water in the hotel. We couldn't shower or flush the toilet and we checked out with 2 days to go in our reservation. The hotel insisted on charging us for the two days until Expedia intervened on our behalf. Won't stay here again.
