Wonderful stay

Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have to wait for anything. The hotel was clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was very attentive.

Room was very clean and staff were very kind. Everything was great except the breakfast, food was very disappointing. Pancakes were rubbery and the yogurts had the expiration dates scratched off of them! Didn’t trust to eat much besides a bagel. Hopefully they can get better breakfast because it was a great stay other than that.

When I got there at 3pm for check in the room wasn’t ready. When I asked how long he told me he would “find out” and then proceeded to walk away from the desk. He acted like he was going to look for someone and then walked back to the desk, finished my check in and asked for my email and phone number (I was assuming to alert me when my room is ready). He then handed me my keys and told me my room number. As he was doing so another worker kept yelling to him that there was a “stay over” for that room number but he handed me the keys anyways and sent me on my way with no info. I waited in my car with 4 impatient children waiting for a call/email as to when my room would be ready. After 30 minutes I ran to check the room and the cleaning staff was still actively working in my room. I then went back to my car for another 15-20 minutes and came back to check again and I was getting impatient myself and the room was finally ready. Nobody called or emailed to let me know so if I wouldn’t have checked myself who knows how long it would have took.
