Room did not feel clean on arrival, pillows and sheets for the pull out sofa were used; yuck. Wrappers and a cup in corner of room. Got to schedule pool time for one hour due to Covid but was not informed we would be sharing with an infant swimming class at the same time. Unfortunately no hot tub. Hotel did their best with breakfast under the circumstances and the ladies at the front desk were friendly enough. Location and price brought us to this location however it’s doubtful we’ll be back.
First time in Michigan, came for a game and it took me a while to pick a hotel. So happy I picked this one. The room was great. The check in person was very nice. The only thing was the bathroom curtains had a stain and breakfast could be a bit better but is free so who cares. Overall I will pick this hotel again !
The breakfast and the staff was great but we had issues with the room. The pillows were way to soft the furniture was stained and dirty. The bathtub was really high and hard to get in and out of. I do not know why they put that three dollar bottle of water in the room when there is a gas station right across the parking lot. This could be a great place just need a little upgrade
Everything at this hotel was great. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast included everything you could possibly want: eggs, sausage, pancakes, hot cinnamon rolls, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels and so much more. Amy, the woman who took care of the breakfast guests worked very hard to make sure the food was fresh and constantly replenished. Our room was in perfect condition and quiet. We would definitely stay again.
I stayed at this hotel multiple times during a difficult time in a friend's life. This hotel staff was very accommodating. Great service.
Room was not ready for check in at 3pm and there was fecal matter on the underside of the toilet seat that was not cleaned. Asked for an upper floor and receptionist insinuated since we booked through a third party we got the less desirable handicap room (not indicated on reservation) on the 1st floor right by the pool entrance. Disappointing does not even begin to cover it we didn't even stay the entire night. Lesson learned - never again.
Clean, friendly, but request a room not on highway side. breakfast on Sunday opens at 7, so not available to early leavers.
I have being in this hotel many times with my wife and the staff know us. The treatment to us is very good every time. Breakfast is fantastic.
The hotel served its purpose...a place to rest. Good breakfast and clean. Walls and floors allow for noise from other rooms, but it wasn't too bad. Good for the price.
The rate through online was better than at the front door. Motel was as discribed and we were satisified.

We needed a clean, comfortable room for one night and HI Express fit the bill. We especially enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet after staying at another nearby hotel with a terrible breakfast. Thanks!
This is a very nice hotel that is close to the highway, plenty of places to eat also plenty of places to sho. Costco, Trader Joe's, Best Buy etc. I've stayed at the location many times. It can be busy at time. Located in a very nice area. Hotel amenities are very nice. Enjoy
This hotel has a great location and is fairly clean and updated. It's what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I'm not sure if it was just the side of the hotel I was on but Interstate traffic kept me up all night...and I'm not a light sleeper. There was another mechanical sounding noise that happened periodically through the night waking me up. Basically - sleep was hard to come by. On the positive side - free breakfast and it basically shares a parking lot with a really nice BP gas station that has a mini mart with lots of food stuff!
It is a great location, very close to main highways.
