When the TV didn't work, they came up right away and fixed it.

When I checked in the television didn’t work, and after I brought it to their attention, they said there was nothing they could do to fix it, and said I had to move to another room. I had to move all my stuff over to the other room they offered no help. The only room available was a handicap room. It had a strange, musty odor. I asked for my room to be clean daily every day. They had excuse why they didn’t do it. They said their dryer broke one day. Every time they came in the room I was either missing coffee pods or toilet paper or some thing. The actual staff doing room service was good. They were responsive once we brought it to their attention. Hotel management seem to always be lost. When I checked out, they asked me how my stay was and I said terrible and they looked at me like deer in the headlights. I would not stay there again they offered no concessions for my problems.

Upon arrival, the room was set at 54 degrees with air blasting out, the light in the entry way was out, the nightlight in the bathroom was broken and the tv remote didn’t work. When I got in bed, there was a short black hair near the top. When I showered, there was a long black hair rolled up in the washcloth. When I requested a late checkout a 1:30 was the latest they would agree to yet the hotel felt VERY empty. This was very disappointing all around and felt the hospitality was lacking. Why say no to a late checkout when your hotel is empty? They said because of the housekeeping team but they could clean the room the next day…

Very nice stay 3rd time here nice area. Good pool close to Detroit (20 minutes)

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Service was prompt. The only negative was that the smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night. When I called down they had no one to come and fix it. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night, packing everything up. It wasn't the equivalent room but adequate. The unfortunate part is the night wasn't restful due to the interruption.

Friendly, fast check in. Nice room, HOT water in the shower, nice towels and pillows, huge tv.

Nothing fancy, but a perfectly nice place to stay. Everything was clean and functional. Good-sized rooms. Excellent service from entire staff.

We did have a washer break (not a dryer), but this is still no excuse as to why your room would not have been serviced. We will be sure to address this with our team. We sincerely apologize for the temp in the room is set at 54. We are not sure how that is possible as the thermostats should go that low. We will be sure to look into this and see what happened. The hair that you found in the drain is completely unacceptable and we will address this with housekeeping. Our checkout time is at noon, and we do give late checkouts, bases on availability and staffing for the day. We do not let rooms sit dirty day to day. We hope to see you again the next time you are in Plymouth!
