The hotel is extremely dirty inside or internally and externally they had to move us three times the first time the room did not have air-conditioning the second room was not the room we paid for the third room was extremely damp and dirty in the fourth room they said that they renovated and it was not. The breakfast buffet was filthy I couldn’t even use the container they had milk or cream and it was disgusting. Unfortunately we cannot leave or we would’ve lost star six $700 the elevator shop they only worked half the time we had to take the stairs was truly terrible and I’d like to know who else I can write to thank you

Great location

We were in for quick stay head back home to Canada. The hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the lobby. What a great location

Handicap

I am in a wheelchair. Requested a handicap accessible room on the reservation. The 1st room we were put in was not. They moved us to a 2nd room where there was a walk in shower. The toilet had a extension on to make it higher but the handles on the seat could not be extended. Asked if they could please remove the toilet seat and was told the work order was put in. Each time i had to use the restroom i had to use the restroom in the lobby area. Not very accommodating for that. The stay was 3 days and was told each day that the issue would be fixed. Never was. So i would recommend if you are in a situation like me find another place to stay.

Dissatisfied. The door lock was broken, literally had to screw the screws in to have the lock work. Very noisy, the outside trucks, hallways were loud also. Room was dark, dingy. Bathroom not clean, definitely not cleaned .

I liked they gave me first floor room , knee injury . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms need minor repairs but overall a Good Stay. Will return and recommend.

Walking in you can immediately see that the hotel is in need of repairs. The carpet in the entryway was coming up and some tiles were broken/missing. The hallway leading to my room had small square holes cut into the walls. My room had gouges in the walls and a stain on the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom door didn't shut completely. The tv wouldn't connect to the internet, so I couldn't use any of the streaming services.
