Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation so there were workmen and lots of noise during the day and early morning. Our room looked newly remodeled but the toilet did not work even after they sent a repairman. We were in town for a wedding and on the second day we did move to another room but it was very inconvenient as we were trying to get ready for a wedding and assorted activities. No apologies or compensation. We had many choices for hotels and we won't choose this one again. Other family member in another room had bathroom problems as well..Not a great way to enjoy our family wedding weekend. We spent a lot of money for two rooms without a working bathroom.

Great staff, nice room, great location, easy parking. The hallways were VERY loud with lots of kids running around well into the night. At one point, there was a thump against my door so loud, it sounded like someone was trying to break it down. There was spilled candy all over the floor that stayed well into the next morning. Staff was great, other patrons were very friendly, there was simply no attempt made to limit noise after 10pm.

Parking was easy. Staff was great. Bar & restaurant were not open on Sunday when I arrived which was disappointing since I wanted a hotel that included food service. Also, the facility is having work done and at times construction was noisy. The pool was not open which was not noted in the hotel accomodations.

Staff was excellent, polite, attentive, and welcoming. New renovations look amazing. Plenty of lobby seating with a great bar and a better selection of bourbon. Only downside was that some areas were actively being renovated so the noise, even on a Saturday, was unwelcomed.
