Rooms were clean and stocked. No mircowave in rooms. Pool area was clean but pool towels were not stocked regularly. Front desk night was very sweet and helpful. Encounters with "housekeeping" staff was very unprofessional. Pool does not have a shallow end which was hard to accomodate with younger children. Standard 4ft deep. Also no hot tub. Breakfast area was nice but they do not have continental breakfast. Prices were EXTREMELY steep $$$ considering the average breakfast available for a buffet. Bar prices for adult beverages were also steep.

When I arrived at the hotel at 8pm after an exhausting day of traveling and only here for my Grandma’s funeral, I was told the power was out and I could not check in. It would have been nice to have been contacted prior and if, as a Hilton Honors member, a different hotel was lined up for me. Just sayin’!

Expensive breakfast

The stay was ok. First thing was walking into the lobby around 6pm and found 2 young people working, the one that helped me was sitting in a lobby chair on her phone. The other was behind the counter, the girl that helped me had to to get up from the chair to do so. Next the heat in the room was a lot, after setting the thermostat on 65 for the night my friend and I still felt too hot. Third issue was when it came to breakfast, 1... I had to pay for it and to it was buffet style. The price was 18.95 for a basic setup. I've never had to pay for a buffet breakfast at a hotel.
