The hotel was fantastic, however, the steakhouse restaurant was so/so. The staff was great, but the food was not worth the price. Seafood served at a restaurant with these prices should never be frozen and the calamari definitely was.

Excellent Stay! Exceptionally Clean and Beautiful Resort! The Christmas decorations looked amazing! The art-work within the hallways were such a treat to view. The Chapel is beautiful and peaceful. The resort has very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the two front desk ladies with similar names, Stephanie and Steph :-) Thank-you for an absolutely wonderful stay!

One morning I ordered breakfast in my room, my husband picked it up. It was excellent, everything perfect. The next day I ordered the exact same thing in the restaurant. I could not have been more disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay till I left and went to eat lunch and found out that your front desk charged my debit card for the full stay again and the $100 deposit. It was only supposed to be $100 deposit as my husband had prepaid for the room a Christmas present. My card got declined at the restaurant and when calling the front desk, I was basically told sorry there is nothing they can do. As I sat in the restaurant having to tell the wait staff that I needed to drive home to come back and pay (very embarrassing). I then sat at the restaurant till my husband drove the 30 minutes to come pay for my meal. Your front desk admitted it was their mistake could only offered no help. Just a useless apology.

We enjoyed the pool. Think maybe your should recolor the hair on your middle picture to be dark. So it’s ambiguous and you don’t just have three blonde ladies like the pool isn’t for everyone

The room I was first offered was without window. When I complained I was offered a better room with window. The room was clean but the coffee machine and the hair dryer did not work and there was no electric kettle. The staff was courteous but not always competent. When I asked for hot water to make a tea, I was given a pot of cold water.
