The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. For example, when I entered I wasn’t greeted with something like, “Hi, how are you?” Instead I was simply greeted with, “There’s no smoking, no refunds, blah blah.” It left a bad taste in my mouth. There are no amenities whatsoever and the overall quality & cleanliness of the facility were both subpar.

If your looking for a reasonable price or working with a budget this will work. The staff is nice too!

My room was never cleaned from the last person who stayed in it. Dirty towels on the floor. Used toothbrush on the counter. Guys hanging out on the upper level who probably live there for the week.

Property was located right off the freeway and very close to food options. Breakfast was not available, but that was because of the COVID-19. The hotel was supposedly a non smoking facility, however my room smelled like it had been smoked in, a lot. Sheets and towels were clean and well presented. Th TV remote would only work if you were almost on top of the unit. There was no in room coffee maker, but there was a microwave for your use. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I got very little sleep the night of my stay.

Trash can in room were nasty with old tomatoes mayo and cheese. Inside of trash can hadnt been clean in weeks. When i requested for it to be clean all they did was put a trash bag on top of it. They dont change linen everyday or give fresh towels and wash clothes we had to get them ourselves. They didnt sweep the hardwood floors moved bed looking for my cell charger and old popcorn and soda cans behind bed. TUB was not cleaned even after asking for it to be clean we had to put a towel in the tub to step on to take showers Ask for late check out due to our flight and they didnt even know what late check out was. "WHAT IS THAT WE NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE" STAY WAS AWFUL BUT WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY THERE. Keep calling orbitz to complain and find a hotel elsewhere but phone number to orbitz keep saying not in service working on phone service to better assist you. THIS WAS TERRIBLE

The property is hotties I booked this cause I needed a spot up have a 6 hours of sleep between flights and driving. It was horrid. The check in was messed up. The room was dirty the bed sheets were dirty. I will never come here again. If I wasn’t desperate I would have absolutely left.

It was very very dirty a drunk guy hit our car in the parking lot drunk guy took off the toilet overflowed when we flushed it and the bed speed/blanker had dirt stains on top there was no way I was even going to draw the sheets back to see under them we had our 81 yr old aunt and there was no way I could let her stay in a place that dirty. I don’t have to stay in a fancy 5 star resort but this was below 5 stars

Horrible stay! None of the staff care about anything. Poor Customer Service Skills.

The frontdesk staff is very friendly. However, the room is VERY dirty and facility is unreliable. The toilet ring has red stains. The floor is unclean. The soap holder is broken. The lamp does not light up. We arrived too late to complain these things on site. Will never stay here next time.
