I tried to check in at 3 and my room was not cleaned yet. I was told I would receive a call when it was done in 30 minutes. I received a call and 1.5 hours later I called and they told me it was still not clean. I waited until 5 hours after check in before I called and they still needed 10 minutes to clean it. Manager was only willing to discount my room $20 from the $200 I paid, which she refused to do initially. My kids whom were competing very early in the morning were very late to be able to sleep while we waited in the car for hours in sub zero temperatures.

The staff was nice from front desk to the lady in the breakfast area. I think her name was Eliam, she was very sweet and helpful. Making sure everything is stock and ready for her guest.
