Went strictly for the pool honestly and that room was freezing cold as well as the pool was freezing cold they say is temperature based but with all those windows there’s no way that they’re sealed properly but when we went in the summertime, it was hot as hell in there so I wouldn’t recommend. however, everything else was perfectly fine.

Breakfast was ok. I don't use a/c in the winter. Very dis satisfied about my room. The room I originally reserved had a tub as I requested and we unpacked and got comfortable in it. Shortly after a very, large and noisy family was place in the room next to us. The loud talking, bumping around in the room and kids slamming doors and running in the hallway was very disturbing. The young man at the desk was there alone he said and nothing was done about the issue. I ended up having to move to another room a few doors down and could still hear them... this lasted well into late night. The noisy family should have been moved...not us! Other than this issue the hotel was good... I would stay again...

I booked one night through this platform, and the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay through the hotel’s loyalty program. While this review technically covers just that initial booking, I feel compelled to share that my continued stay has far surpassed my expectations. The staff- both front and back of house were consistently outstanding. If my first night hadn’t been excellent, I certainly wouldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommend giving them a try - you’ll find yourself extending too.
