Breakfast was ok. I don't use a/c in the winter. Very dis satisfied about my room. The room I originally reserved had a tub as I requested and we unpacked and got comfortable in it. Shortly after a very, large and noisy family was place in the room next to us. The loud talking, bumping around in the room and kids slamming doors and running in the hallway was very disturbing. The young man at the desk was there alone he said and nothing was done about the issue. I ended up having to move to another room a few doors down and could still hear them... this lasted well into late night. The noisy family should have been moved...not us! Other than this issue the hotel was good... I would stay again...

I booked one night through this platform, and the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay through the hotel’s loyalty program. While this review technically covers just that initial booking, I feel compelled to share that my continued stay has far surpassed my expectations. The staff- both front and back of house were consistently outstanding. If my first night hadn’t been excellent, I certainly wouldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommend giving them a try - you’ll find yourself extending too.

Returned from dinner to find hotel guests relaxing in the seatin area at the main entrance of the hotel. The quests were drinking beer and smoking marijuana, but otherwise minding their own business. The hotel appeared to be hosting a youth hockey team. The behavior of the guests was unacceptable, but clearly nothing the lone desk attendant was willing to address. I recommend removing the seating area if guests cannot stick to family friendly activities cannot be
