The Bistro serves Starbucks and has a great breakfast menu.

Our stay was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. I ordered delivery and they allowed the driver to come to my room. It was only me and my 2yr old, whom was sleeping at the time so I would have had to carry him down. I must also add that I did not contact the front desk about the delivery. I’m assuming it was the knowledge of the front desk about my stay details that hinted them to send the delivery up to my room. My only issues were that the hot tub did not work so it was kinda just a big bath. But still enjoyable. & the room cleaners banged on my door probably 4 hours before check out and disturbed my sleep and woke my child. Yes I used the do not disturb lock that can only be used from inside the room. She told me it was because she wanted to see if someone was inside. The front desk could have provided her that information. Yes, I would stay here again.

Check in clear, concise and very welcoming.. would highly recommend!

I have stayed here twice while in town for BMX events. I like that the pool opens early and the hot tub was not too hot. Also there is a good sports bar/night club next door with great food.

This place is right next to the GM technical center. Right next to the highway and a lot of great places to eat around there. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

This hotel is horrible and my experience here has left me not wanting to stay at any more Marriotts in the future. The location sucks because of all the construction and pretty much turned the entryway into a one way for exiting as well, which made it an adventure every time we were arriving at and leaving from the hotel and the staff was less than helpful and acted like they were being bothered by me when I had a legitimate issue with the broken toilet in our room that they took over 4 hours to fix. Overall a terrible experience and I will be sure to tell all of my family and friends to never stay at this Marriott or any others if they can help it.

friendly staff, clean and pleasant room, near a buddy's pizza

I had a great weekend!! Love the area and the hotel

Had a great stay at the Marriott in Warren. The staff was excellent! The staff was very helpfull with directions and tips of the area. If you are staying in the Detroit suburbs, this is the place to stay!

Pool was nice and rooms were nice. Should have included a free breakfast with the price. Asked for a late checkout and was only given a half hour was difficult with children, was alittle disappointed.

Let me be clear - I found the hotel in general to be very nice, and a good value. The reason I gave only two stars instead of the 4 it should have earned was due to the inadequate room security. My traveler profile: I traveled to Michigan from Jacksonville Florida, with my wife and two adult children. I'm a 56-year-old caucasion male. My spouse is an Asian woman, 46. My children are both adults, a son 26 and a daughter 22. The hotel is set back from the road somewhat. The sign at the driveway entrance said we were at the right place, but the building isn't clearly identified as a Courtyard Mariott - it has the lounge name displayed instead, so we weren't entirely sure we were approaching the right building. As I entered the lobby I noted the clean, fresh smell and very pleasant decor. No one was around, at approximately 9 pm, and the front desk layout didn't make it immediately apparent where we would check in.It took several minutes wandering around and three "HELLO?" shout-outs before someone responded and came to check us in. She was VERY pleasant and charming, apologizing profusely at making us wait, and checked us in quickly. The hallway leading to the room was clean and smelled good - no stale tobacco odors. The room itself was very clean - again, no cigarette smell at all. The furnishings were somewhat worn, but they were clean, and overall the room was clean and comfortable. Free WiFi is available; the signal strength was acceptable. It was a chilly, damp night when we arrived, and I noticed the room was a little chilly. The heating unit was turned on and operating, but it was still too chilly in the room, so I slid the curtains back and found the sliding door leading to the courtyard was open. Not just unlocked, but opened 18 inches, and the screen unlocked. I found that to be a very disturbing security concern, especially when I found the sliding door locking mechanism to be less than adequate. Since it was getting late, there were 4 of us, and we were staying only one night, I decided to risk it. We left our electronics locked in the trunk of our ca and parked it under lights in front of the lobby. If you are going to stay at this hotel and your room is on the ground floor, be very aware that you need to open the curtains and confirm the sliding door leading to the courtyard is secure. These doors are covered by curtains, and you might easily never see the door is wide open, leaving you and your belongings vulnerable to attack and/or theft. Thank goodness I noticed the room was too chilly and found the open sliding door. When I reported the door to the desk the following morning I got a lukewarm response. They may do something to correct the situation, but I wouldn't hold my breath. While I would recommend this hotel based on price and cleanliness, Caveat Emptor because of the room security.

Hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Only complaint, there were a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean except for a few stray hairs in the restroom. The onsite restaurant "The Bistro" served a really good breakfast--which I paid in advance. Glad I did, because it was a little pricey. Overall, good experience--I'd stay there again.

Check-in was a bit of a mess. First got assigned to a room that was occupied, this was of course fixed. But the next day my key card didn't work to get me in the side door, need to go around the hotel to the front desk to get it fixed. It was a bit frustrating after a long day, but not a big deal. Lone bright spot was breakfast, it was good and I appreciate a good meal to start my day.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and check in was very fast. Our room was very clean, smelled great and was very comfortable. My wife was impressed and thats good. The pool area was clean and well taken care of along with the rest of the hotel. This was a very good value all the way and we'll stay here again on our next trip to Warren.

Room was not clean. I went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The sheets had random hairs on them. I have a feeling to room was not really cleaned before we checked in. The toilet clearly had not been "really" cleaned. The coffee pot had a used filter in it. The breakfast was a rip-off

Well, the only thing I would complain is that I can hear the guy watching TV in my neighboring room at night.

Clean rooms, beds very comfortable. Hotel nicely located. No bar but can buy beer and wine at snack stand and enjoy them by the fire. There were a number of unsupervised kids running through the hall that management had to lecture. Would stay there again.
