Waited a good 10 to 15 min before the staff finally woke up to get me my room then he was confused after about another 15 min we got checked in walked in the room felt like dont. Cob webs kn ceilings couch had food stains from fingers on the side carpet shesed up by fire place showers disgusting with pubic hair on shower walls beds were clean except for one it had a nasty top cover i really wanted to leave but paid for 3 days and holidays i knew i woukdnt be in the room as thank god and yes it could of been nastier im not a complainer but this just was not right no plates smelt so much like weed i know its a legal state but ita supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Didnt see ine house keeper the whole stay went down the next day to tell them about it i had to pay another 150 deposit the guy had messed up before it was over all a mess but i am thankful and blessed i had something. But it really needs work there ouch anything cob webs on cielongs

We stayed in the two room suite. The carpet smell was horrible, the beds were sunk in deeply. Most of the electronic outlets were loose. The breakfast juice machine and pancake machine didnt work for most of time. The eggs had a bad smell. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the customer service. The staff was excellent.

My room stuck like urine! The mattress was so sunken in in the middle there wasn’t a chance I was getting any type of decent sleep! There was a car air freshener stuck in the vent assuming to try and cover up the urine smell. Concierge couldn’t care less about my concerns.
