Not clean,dirty wash rags ,also had hair in it ,both sinks backings up,toilet paper holder broken ,remote broken

I pull out the couch bed and it was blood, dirt, & stinky on the sheets..the bed was never changed or cleaned before I checked in...while they're charging $100 deposit
The stairwell and common areas were fairly dirty, but the room was clean. The walls between the rooms are very thin and on two days of my five-day stay, there were some domestic disputes that escalated in the rooms next to me. Due to the ongoing pandemic, their breakfast selection was reduced to just cereal, which was disappointing but understandable.
Got in late and went straight to bed.Got up and the shower would not turn on Called fromt desk and they told me shower was tricky to turn on, it was no tricky that i could not take a shower
Updated decor is nice. All the outdoor trash and cigarette receptacles were overflowing for several days.

The breakfast was terrible. The sausage and eggs had no flavor.
Conveniently located and sufficient for what we needed. We’d driven all night, 10.5 hours, and they allowed us to check in at 10 am instead of 3. That alone was worth the stay. Breakfast was ehhh.
Nothing was good I will not book this hotel any more . They give me in smoke room then another room was too noisy
I didn’t care for the breakfast food and wish we had better selection on juice and food. When we was ready to leave the house keepers just walk in And didn’t knock to see if everyone was out if everyone was out. We was still in there. She happen to see my boyfriend take the rack down to elevator assuming he was only person but I was there with couple of friends.
It’s nice and clean I will be there another time and recommended to everyone
